Pros:

Joli emplacement, près du lac, belle promenade jusqu'à Stresa et a 3 minutes du lac.
Jolie piscine très propre et jeune homme très aimable et aidant

Cons:

Nous avons dû changer de chambre pour la 2ème nuit. Première chambre agréable. Par contre, la 2ème chambre, pas assez de barres pour les serviettes et pas de porte-papier WC.

Die Lage am See ist hervorragend, das Frühstück fur italienische Verhältnise reichhaltig! Die Matrazen sehr gut!

Cons:

Der Barkeeper war teilweise unfreundlich, Parkplatzsituation schwierig, wir waren eine Reisegruppe mit 8 PKW, das Personal war aber sehr bemüht

Chambre spacieuse
Terrasse de la chambre.

Cons:

Parking compliqué car l'hôtel était plein.
Le frigo de la chambre ne refroidit plus assez.
Dommage que la terrasse sur le toit ne soit pas mieux exploitée.

Das Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Seeblick

Cons:

Duschen musste man sich in der Badewanne. Es gab keine Abtrennung.
Nach dem Duschen musste erstmal der Boden getrocknet werden.
Beim Duschen hat sich die Wassertemperatur ständig geändert.
Heiß/kalt/heiß/kalt. Nicht warm, sondern heiß

Pros:

Nice location at about a 20 minute walk to the old town centre. Amazing view over Lake Maggiore including the mountain tops. Not a spacious room but definitely plenty of room. Big bathroom including a bath. Very clean overall. Lovely pool area. Very friendly while still professional staff who worked hard to make our stay as comfortable as can be.

Klassisches Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp in den Süden. Nett aber nicht mehr
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, das Personal war von sehr nett, bis bemüht. Toll das Frühstück. Insgesamt vermittelt das Hotel einen klassischen Flair.

Cons:

Die Bar war etwas speziell, ein Bier im Plastikbecher für 7€ sind überzogen. Der Negroni war gut.

Ein tolles Hotel in guter Lage, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück reichlich und gut.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
