The room was phenomenal I loved the bath tub, the view, Micheal at the sierra restaurant was so great we came back every day to see him. It was small so not a ton of walking like the big chain hotels, elevators were fast, room was clean and the kitchenette was a fantastic touch.

The hotel is very nice and updated, but they lack attention to detail. We had several lightbulbs out in our bathroom which made getting ready difficult. The fan in the bathroom was also broken, so after showering we had to let the bathroom cool off before we could begin getting ready. The freezer was also broken. But despite all that we were still pleased with our stay, and would stay again! The sunrise view from our rooms balcony was unbelievable!

Not once did someone on property ask how our stay was, so I’ll give my feedback here.

Room not set up for 3 people and we paid extra to have a third person
No towels in the bathroom
No blankets
One pillow for the pull out bed
No do not disturb sign
Phone not working so no way to reach the front desk
Someone woke us up at 920 to tell us check out was at 11. Unacceptable. Horrible stay.

I had a nice, calm, and peaceful stay at Palms Place. My room was super big and comfy. The staff were very helpful and made me feel safe. Palms place offered dining options which was very convenient but we were also a short walk away from the Palms Casino Resort Hotel, which also had amazing dining options. This will definitely be my go to hotel when traveling to Vegas!
