The Chateaux is so nice and we had a great time! I love how the rooms connect so that the group has privacy and yet plenty of common space to gather together.
We attended a movie night on the lawn with free popcorn, S'mores, and sodas. There were outdoor games, music, and "The Sandlot" on a giant screen. It was a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere and so much fun!
The hotel lobby and restaurant were beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff was awesome, especially the front desk, our restaurant servers Helen and Kevin, and our shuttle driver, Hawkeye!
Absolutely loved our stay at Chateaux DV, this was our first time doing this type of trip in the summer. We loved the accessibility of the hotel, the views from the pool & breakfast location were amazing. Brian and Temple from the logistics and concierge team were fantastic. They helped with their restaurant and activities recommendations and were always so friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely go back! Actually, cant wait to go back!
Enjoyed my stay at The Chateaux with my daughters, grandbaby, son-in-law and his mother for my birthday. I was greeted with a birthday card and macaroons. The 3 bedroom suite we had was so clean, comfortable, bright and just stunning. Had plenty of space but we were still all together. Couldnt even hear my grandbaby all night. Dinner at Cina was a treat. Kevin and Helen took great care in taking care of making sure our evening was amazing. I had the Venison and it was cooked to perfection, the flavors complimented so well. We spent the rest of the evening in the courtyard watching an outdoor movie making smores and eating popcorn (all complimentary btw) When we got chilly they brought us blankets! The beds were so comfy I went right to sleep. I have stayed here a couple times and each time I return they make it that much more special.
It was amazing! Everyone was so nice
The newly renovated lobby and restaurant were beautiful. The room was gorgeous and equipped with everything we may need to support our stay. We ate at Cena for dinner where Helen and Kevin were attentive and served us our meal that was delicious. We also attended a family movie night hosted by the hotel. During the event we received complimentary smore kits and drinks as we waited for the movie to begin in the courtyard. The next day, Hawkeye shuttuled us down to mainstreet. He provided good insight on where to go to enjoy the parade.
The Chateaux Deer Valley is a beautiful hotel for an Utah mountain getaway! The location provides a great area to explore Park City, Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is a great place to spend time relaxing. The fire pits and s’mores kits provide evening fun for both kids and adults. The atmosphere is generally peaceful. One of the best things is Cena- the resort restaurant. Every meal we had was delicious and the staff is attentive and friendly! This is our second summer trip to the Chateaux. We will be returning for another visit!
The stay, the peacefulness, the breakfast was over the top quality food and service.
We definitely need a king bed next time.
A lovely hotel with a nice outlook and good facilities.
We had two rooms in separate buildings, which you had to walk outside to go from one to the other. Dining room was also in the other building so in poor weather it’s not great.
The breakfast buffet was very good. The location is fantastic. The pool and hot tub were great.
The front of the property was under construction. $40 for overnight parking was unexpected and too high. There were only three somewhat small pillows on the king size bed.
Chateaux Deer Valley was a lovely place to stay and to host our meeting. All staff were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Catering was top notch and Billy and his team excelled in customer service. Guest rooms were unbelievable in amenities and cleanliness. I appreciated the under counter motion activated lights. Very thoughtful.
I love the Mountain View’s, the room is very cozy and the staff is just wonderful always there to help and so kind and friendly.
Breakfast wasn’t as great as past visits.
The hotel was beautiful and the service was adequate. I would expect better service and amenities for the price. The hotel has many "hidden" charges and fees that are only disclosed in fine print. The charges keep coming on your credit card after checkout, so be prepared to pay more than expected. I was there with a group for a meeting, and there was a special rate for the room. They made up for the reduced rate by charging more for "amenities and resort fees" that were not included in the room rate. Although the setting is beautiful and the hotel is nice, I was not there for vacation, and I would not choose to pay for amenities that I did not choose or receive. The policies of this hotel are questionable, and I will not be back.
We are really pleased with food, service and hospitality of the staff.
I recently attended a group event at this resort, and I can't say enough about the outstanding hospitality and service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was meticulously handled, from check-in to the event coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for our entire group.
The resort's amenities were top-notch, and the team was always ready to assist with any request, no matter how big or small. Our event ran smoothly thanks to their attentive and professional approach. The genuine warmth and care shown by every staff member truly made our group feel valued. I highly recommend this resort for anyone planning a group gathering or event—you won't be disappointed!

Had to get an engineer to turn air con off
I could not have been more impressed with this hotel. The staff was very welcoming from the moment we stepped through the doors. I had a standard king room and it was amazing: fireplace, walk in tiled shower, comfortable king bed, recently updated, etc. The food, while provided by my employer, was always hot and tasty. The hotel was also great in offering bottled water since I was drinking it like I was in the desert because of the elevation. I've already mentioned to my husband that we will be back in the future because it was one of the best experiences I've had. Truly amazing.
My daughter and I had an amazing time at the Chateaux back in March. I was adamant about writing a review about our experience but am just now getting around to doing so. The facilities were phenomenal, the scenery was breathtaking, and the staff were all top notch professionals and you can tell they not only take great pride in their work but enjoy curating a fabulous guest experience. Before we even got to the Chateaux for our stay, Temple was integral in helping us with ski rentals, dinner reservations, and other guest experiences like booking the spa. Sharon was friendly over the phone when inquiring about reservations and just the same and more when we arrived in person. Patrick was attentive in understanding the operation of thijngs in our room like the TV and fireplace, optimizing the enjoyment of our room. Regan and Hawkeye made my daughter and I a personalized list of hikes in the area when we last minute opted to check out some trails. Brian was always so friendly when shuttling us and always answered questions about the area. This is a trip to remember and one we hope to repeat in the future!
We had such a wonderful stay! Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but the chateaux made everything so easy and enjoyable. The staff Alisha and Sharon were incredibly friendly and attentive. Alex Lyman helped us to our room,he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for everyone, even the picky eaters in our group. Every meal felt like a treat!
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We made some beautiful family memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service, fantastic food, and a relaxing stay!
We had a wonderful time at Chateaux Deer Valley for a spring ski trip. Jessie and the rest of staff were friendly and accommodating to small requests.
Facilities and rooms were clean and well maintained. We made use of the gym and pool/hot tub.
Breakfast was tasty. Shuttle bus was timely and reliable.
An overall great experience.
