La ubicación

Cons:

Fallo en la tarjeta de entrada al cuarto (3 veces), no cerraba totalmente la puerta de cristal del balcón, el control de tv falla, se desprogramó y, decidimos mejor no verla.

Pedimos que nos ayudaran con la caja fuerte y no enviaron a nadie aunque les dijimos 3 veces a la recepcionista jimena

El baño tenia daño en la sisterna y sonaba toda la noche

El desayuno es buffet y es muy bueno.
También utilizamos el gimnasio, esta pequeño; pero, tiene lo básico, bastante cómodo.

Muy buena estancia y descanso.
Pros:

Muy bien el estilo del hotel, el modelo es local, y aún así el baño era moderno. Muy bien la relación calidad-precio. El personal fue amable y explicó lo que se le solicitó.

Cons:

Aún cuando la ubicación era muy cerca del centro y de los lugares de interés, la zona se ve algo descuidada y sin vigilancia (me preocupó llegar tarde). Sé que no es tema del hotel, sino del Ayuntamiento o Municipio, por lo que creo deben realizar gestiones al respecto.

The location was great, access to everything, could park at any time.

Cons:

El baño siempre presentó inconvenientes de fuga de agua. Aunque trataron de reparar se mantuvo todos los días. Creo que podían habernos ofrecido un cambio de habitación, pero no fue así. Puede hacerse check in más temprano pero cobran aproximadamente el 60% del valor de la noche, así que es mejor no llegar temprano.

I LEFT THE HOTEL ONE DIA BEFORE, I AM REQUESTING COMPENSATION FOR ONE LESS NIGHTS STAY. THESES ARE MY COMPLAINTS : 1) NO BELL BOY SERVICE UPON ARRIVAL 2) NO BATH MAT IN SHOWER CAUSED A VERY SLIPPERY AND SCARY SITUATION 3) RE BEDDING THE PILLOWS WERE ROCK HARD 4) MOST IMPORTANTLY AND THE REASON FOR MY EARLY CHECK-OUT. UPON ARRIVAL I REQUESTED A WAKE-UP CALL FOR 6:30 AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING DUE TO AN EARLY APPOINTMENT WITH THE U.S. CONSULATE. I WAS NOT GIVEN THE WAKE-UP CALL CAUSING MY BEING LATE FOR MY IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT. THIS CAUSED MAJOR PROBLEM. IF NOT FOR THIS I COULD WITHSTAND THE ANOMALIES .I AM SURPRISED OF THE 9 POINT RATING BOOKING HAS GIVEN THIS PROPERTY. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS MATTER REGARDING THE CREDIT OF ONE NIGHTS STAY.
