La decoración está muy bonita. La habitación es muy amplia, limpia y con luz natural. Tienen una sala de lectura variada. El desayuno bueno.

Cons:

Se fue el agua por la mañana. Tardaron media hora en volver a surtirla. Las almohadas estaban incómodas.

Lo que no me gusto fue de que motivos ajenos a mi solicite hacer una cancelación pero no me ayudaron a hacerla, y tuvimos que ir para no perder nustro dinero.

Pros:

esta super padre la zona, queda muy cerca del centro caminando, la limpieza, instalaciones y apoyo del personal estuvo magnifico, si recomendaríamos este lugar ampliamente a amigos y familiares, es muy buen hotel y el desayuno esta muy rico

Cons:

no nos gusto que la zona donde se encuentra parece ser peligrosa, al estar cerca del centro historico habia muchas personas en situacion de calle

Es un hotel con muy buena atención, servicio e instalaciones. Habitación cómoda y amplia, limpia y muy confortable. Estacionamiento muy bien y la atención del personal excelente. El desayuno muy sabroso.

Que el agua del lavabo y regadera huele mal, que no todas las habitaciones tiene cable, que no se sabe si entran personas a las habitaciones porque no encontramos un peluche y ni la recamarera ni recepcion dijo que lo tenian siendo que se quedo en el cuarto
