We were very disappointed, breakfast was expensive and insufficient. It was very unwelcoming,

We were moved to the Maraboe Hotel as Golden Tree Hotel cancelled us

Cons:

Very quiet, disappointing breakfast, cups in our room weren’t washed up, no new towels, staff were not friendly. The sauna entrance area was very dirty, locked and cost extra to use .

Super verblijf gehad, hele mooie locatie midden in het centrum van Brugge

De locatie was perfect

Cons:

Er was alleen geen airco en het was warm dus dat was iets minder maar raampje open gezet savonds en heerlijk kunnen slapen

Personnel agréable, environnement propre, emplacement idéal
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal, les chambres très propres, des boules quies à disposition (excellente idée!), le système avec le code pour entrer dans l’hotel et dans le parking est très pratique, le matelas était confortable, il y avait deux coussins supplémentaires à disposition.

Cons:

Les murs sont relativement mal isolés ce qui peut être un peu gênant…
Les coussins ne sont pas très agréables (trois durs à mon goût). Idéalement, les deux coussins supplémentaires seraient beaucoup plus mous.

Inchecken is flexibel, personeel is vriendelijk. Kamer erg netjes en goed qua grootte. Goeie ligging en een fijn bed. Elke dag roomservice was een luxe.

Cons:

Wat mij betreft te vroeg met roomservice (10.30 ongeveer). Ook een dag gehad waarbij er een filter vervangen moest worden. Ook toen lag ik nog te slapen eigenlijk. Op dag 2 van mijn verblijf werd het water geel/oranje.
