Pros:

Lovely place and lovely people. Food was pretty good. Great location an me friendly bar etc. small critiques: the room was not large (double bed pushed up with one side against a wall which made exit hard). Also it was 100 steps up to the room which was fine but not so easy to get the bags down. A staff member brought them up but was unavailable to bring them down. But parking was good, view excellent and a good stay overall. Great location for Kas and walks

We were not prepared for the fact that the rooms in this hotel are stacked up 5 stories. No elevator. To get meals or to the ocean we had to walk down and back up. In one day I climbed the equivalent of 22 flights of stairs. I’m 70. I asked to be moved to a lower floor the first day we arrived. They said they would look but nothing changed. The hotel and staff were wonderful. No complaints. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Just the issue of no elevator and no accommodation for age. Otherwise really wonderful.

It was very good at overall. The food was excellent.The location and beach are beautiful. However, We requested a double room and a double bed when we made the reservation and they confirmed, but when we arrived at the hotel, they said they hadn't received the request from hotels.com side and gave us two separate beds. The woman at the reception was very apathetic and didn't try to find a solution. All the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel frente al mar en Kas
Pros:

Lindo hotel ubicado frente al Mar, con área de playa (sin arena) y camastros sobre el malecón. Recomendamos reservar una de las habitaciones con balcón con vista al mar. Es un hotel sencillo pero bonito, con una linda terraza y alberca y una vista muy bonita hacia el atardecer. Muy buen servicio en general, pero la atención de Tasim fue muy buena y nos hizo sentir bien recibidos. Cuentan con estacionamiento y desayuno.

Pros:

İ either stay at kas for motorcycle or diving. The view of the hotel was perfect just across the meis, rooms are so small, i do not like the bath and bath accessories also the soap and conditioners. Breakfast is so-so but i don’t like any hotel that use sunflower oil for cooking even for the omelette.

Lokasyon, oda, temizlik, kahvaltı hepsi gayet iyi ve temiz idi. Ekstrem bir talebiniz yoksa yeterince iyi. Kendi beachi vardı, oldukça sakindi. Otelde çalışan herkes ayrı ayrı çok nazik, seviyeli. Aynı hizada geçen sene başka bir otelde kalmıştık, üç aşağı beş yukarı aynı olurlar diye düşünmüştük, değilmiş. Otel işletmesine ve çalışanlara teşekkür ederim. Önereceğimiz bir yer oldu.

The people at the hotel were great. If you ever want to have a few glasses of wine for a night cap, Tashim is your bartender. Such a nice guy. So friendly. I came before the tourist season, so chatting with him late at night was great. They have a nice pool close to the bar and a nice little spot right on the waterfront. I would love to stay here again!

This hotel was a great choice. Everyone who worked there and all the guests were so friendly. It’s a quick, populated, well lit walk into town where there are many bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to all!

Thank you to all the staff at Aqua Princess! The Concierage/Hosts were kind and amazing. Our favorite East Turkish Bar tender in the world was beyond amazing. The housekeeping staff was so kind and professional. I loved the lady at breakfast (I think the manager??) she was sooo warm. Loved my nice big room and the stunning views of both Turkiye and Greece, not not mention the medeteranean. everyone was sooo welcoming and professional, thank you all so much !
