Un lugar tranquilo y alejado de la ciudad, ideal para disfrutar en pareja. (No hay televisión en la habitación ;)
Nos hicimos un masaje relajante que fue muy efectivo.
La ubicación permite hacer escapadas a rutas de senderismo en zonas aledañas.
El personal es súmamente amable y saben recomendar restaurantes agradables en pueblos cercanos.
Debido al entorno rural, hay una considerable cantidad de insectos, por lo que recomendamos un buen antimosquitos.

Not so much an hotel but an experience. Perfectly beautiful and secluded location. Garden/grounds big and a pleasure to explore. Only 8 rooms so at times it seems you have the whole place to yourself. Car needed to visit nearby towns/attractions. The 2 girls who looked after us were very helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay memorable.

As a family of 4, we loved everything that Can Serola had to offer. The kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor ping pong table, and we were in close proximity to so many wonderful sights in the area. Highly recommended to stay here!

Amazing room, serene setting, wonderful food.

Absolutely delightful in every way. San Serola is beautiful. Each of the eight rooms are decorated so tastefully. The grounds are spectacular. Gilbert is a wonderful host serving a lovely breakfast on the main terrace overlooking the most breathtaking views. He made us feel most welcome in his home. Highly recommend this gem.

A great place to get away from it all, with enough local places of interest to create a holiday with a healthy balance of culture and quiet all at the same time.
Barcelona, Girona, Figueres, Besalu and Cadaques are all within a short drive from the property and very much worth visiting. The property is run by the owner who takes great care to look after his guests and be responsive to their needs. There are only 8 rooms and plenty of intimate areas on the property which make it feel like you have the whole place to yourself.
Absolutely charming.

Fantastiskt hotel! En upplevelse! Rummet stort och badrummet likaså och stora sällskapsutrymmen. Poolen ren och fin med underbar utsikt. För den som vill utforska omgivningarna (jättefina byar), vandra, bara få lugn och ro eller annat är detta ett underbart ställe! Missa inte middagen som är som en första klass restaurang utan restaurangens pris. Mycket gott!

Quel merveilleux endroit ! A mi-chemin entre la chambre d'hôtes et l'hôtel. Des chambres qui vous font voyager. Une piscine avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et plaines environnantes. Un emplacement idéal pour visiter l'intérieur de la costa brava. Accueil et conseil du propriétaire. Nous avons vraiment passés 4 jours de détente formidable et regrettons qu'Hotel.com n'est pas confirmé notre venue...heureusement Gilbert notre hôte a su compenser rapidement ce désagrément.

Das Hotel liegt abgelegen von Lärm und Tourismus in der schönen Gegend Spaniens. Total freundliche Bedinung, wundervoller Garten, Pool ect. Natur pur fein gemischt mit moderner schöner Einrichtung.

Un lieu inoubliable, hors du commun, perdu dans la nature , des fois cet isolement fait du bien. Partis en couple et un enfant de 8 ans pour se ressourcer...pas besoin de sortir la voiture pour visiter les villages d'à côté, le maître des lieux vous prépare des menus semi gastronomiques (35 € par personne) qui correspond au prix de la chambre. Notre chambre, un bout d'une maison de 40m2, était décorée dans le thème mexicain, le bémol, très peu de signal wifi dans la chambre et pas de télévision. Mais il faut choisir, se ressourcer au son des cigales ou reste enfermé devant la télé. La piscine extérieure n'est pas chauffée mais en cette période estivale, pas besoin...donc, Can Serola est à voir pour sortir des lieux communs

A wonderful place to stay for a few days: exquisite decor and ambience in a magnificent setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a delight and dinner of a very high standard, although expensive. However, the restaurant is not open at all times and any other places to eat are a car journey away, partly on unmade roads.

El hotel es una monada, tiene piscina, la gente es muy amable, pero no hay t.v. en la habitación y la sala de televisión no es nada cómoda, la t.v. está delante de la mesa de comedor por lo que no s epuede ver la t.v.
No hay ni pan del día en el desayuno ni prensa.
Para cenar en allí hay que avisar con mucha entelación.

Can Serola is paradise! The setting is gorgeous. The hotel is is like a stone mansion decorated meticulously with beautiful art objects and interior decor. The estate has most everything with a beautiful pool, a hot tub, hiking trails, horses (I don't know if you can ride them), gardens etc. It is a perfect honeymoon location. It is so romantic.

I would go back in a minute if I could!
