Good location, brilliant staff, tiny room too hot in a heatwave.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. It was extremely hot and the hotel has no air con. The Reception staff went out of their way to find fans and bring us complementary water. The location is good for train travellers.

Cons:

The room is really tiny - the bathroom miniscule. In very hot conditions it was almost impossible to sleep in such a claustrophobic space. If it hadn't been for the brilliant staff trying to find basic solutions we would have checked out and asked for a refund. Even budget hotels need basic services.

The room temperature could have been more comfortable.

Cons:

The room was too hot, the window only opened partially and no dans were available. Slow wifi and noise from the train station behind the hotel.
