Ok stay
Pros:

Close to Gare du nord however local area is not nice.

Cons:

Triple room and double bed are small. Breakfast does not offer a big range but ok. Interacted with 3 staff, one at check in was rude and should receive training on interacting with customers. She kept saying: I am asking you this do you understand in a rude tone.

Labai švaru, kasdien tvarkomi kambariai. Yra liftas. Arti metro, autobusų stotelė tiesiog prie durų, ypač patogu nuvykti į/iš CDG oro uostą, visą parą veikia registratūra, malonus personalas.

Pros:

The hotel is very clean and everything is good. The housekeeping always cleans and tidy up our bedrooms every day and changing the towels. The heater in the bathroom and the room functions perfectly. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Worst Hotel On The Planet
Pros:

First of all the location is UNSAFE for solo women travelers and families. The staff are exceptionally rude and hysterical. They play games like “mother may I” with diamond members even should one say “there is no bottled water in the room” the staff answers “because we do not like you” although you’ve not met before. Then when complaining to manager Clariss or front desk Destinee, should you say the noise is unbearable, the shower is cold water, the heating not working, they deflect and absolutely freak out as if you have hexed them when pressed to the point of saying “WTF” so they take your key out of your hand and keep you locked out of your room until they feel sadistically satisfied with their immature and abusive behavior. Try it out. Drop the “f word” out of exasperation and you will see the most insane drama of the century. These service people, except for Saiid, need mental health debriefing. Travelers who pay good money to stay in calm quiet hotel will find the nosiest and most uncomfortable lodging in the world when staying at Sure Best Western Gare du Nord, and bait switched to another hotel building several buildings away that has no front desk nor security. At 11pm a man came to my door to sell drugs. There was also a party next room that stayed up until dawn. I want a refund. Read the reviews. 3 out of 4 travelers say AWFUL, BAD, DON’T STAY HERE.

Very Close to Gard du nord Fantastic breakfasts for French Hotel..
Small room with bed pushed up against the wall difficult to get out. Receptionists very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Location to visit Paris. Close to the Gard du Nord.
Pros:

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room each day was attended to and very clean. Breakfast are excellent for France This is the reason we choose Sure Hotels Best Western despite the small rooms

Good hotel for convenience
