obiekt położony w bezpiecznej lokalizacji, czysto

Cons:

Niestety ogromnym minus za brak klamek w oknach i brak możliwości jego otwarcie oraz za klimatyzację, która praktycznie nie działa. Poprzez brak tych dwóch udogodnień w pokoju jest tak duszno, że nie idzie funkcjonować.

The area is terrible;really bad. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
Cons:

We had problems with the air conditioning—it wasn't working—and it took us two days to get our room changed because no one knew how to resolve the issue. The area is very bad; I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Nice weekend
Pros:

Very Sound Proof. We could open the window and it was not loud at all. Very clean.

Cons:

Between 16.00-17.00 there was no warm water in shower.
Another Point that was a not that much great- we booked two rooms and expected them to be next to each other but they were on different floors. As we were with a Child that was a bit uncomfortably. But the phone in the number helped a lot

Goed verblijf, top voor als je een paar nachtjes moet verblijven in Parijs
Pros:

De locatie was top, je was in 2 min bij de metro.
Het was schoon en er was een airco!

Cons:

Er was geen koelkast en het was erg klein (maar prima voor een paar nachtjes)

Room was clean.

Cons:

The location is so bad that we didn't feel safe there and we looked for another place to stay after the first night. The family room has a pull-out couch for the second bed. The room and bathroom were clean. We asked for a tax refund for the nights we wouldn't be there, but they wouldn't give us a refund. Only after talking to the other hotel did they agree to a refund because there's no need to charge city taxes for the same days in two accommodations. All in all, any other neighborhood would be good, but this one was a disappointment and a waste of money.

Great spot to stay when coming or going to Charles De Gaul.
Pros:

Very clean room and linen. Helpful staff. Very convenient to Gare Du Nord. Different to usual eating options right outside.

Cons:

Super tiny lift. La Chapelle metro station is “exciting”.
