Crap. I have stayed in 2 star hotels that are better. Room is small and can barely fit our bags in. The building actually moves/shakes. Heating didn't work. Took 2.5 hours to find parking after having to download an app to get access. It looked like we had arrived in India as there are dozens of restaurants an nearly all are Indian. Elevator was so small, 3 people max. Only saving grace was the receptionist.

1) Alla reception sono stati gentili nel farci un free upgrade data la disponibilità, per farci avere una stanza a un piano più alto e con vista. Inoltre, nella stanza iniziale ci avevano fatto trovare un cuore con petali di rosa finti per il nostro anniversario. La camera tripla ci ha soddisfatto molto di più, rispetto alla doppia che ci era sembrata un po' asfissiante. La vista su un tipico palazzo parigino bellissima!
2) La vicinanza con fermate bus/metro e Gare di Nord. Molto comode!!! Spostamenti facili.
3) Pulizia ogni giorno.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Gare du Nord railway station. That part worked.

TRES BIEN

Location - Near Gare du Nord however this did not strike me as being a wealthy posh area full of tourists . The building the hotel is in must be very old but the conversion to a hotel was done very sensibly. Some features such as the lift and spiral stairs are a bit unusual but understandable.
Rooms - I had a single room the size of which was acceptable. The ensuite was satisfactory for one person. My room was clean and in good condition . I couldn't find a bin in the room
Value- Good value for money for Paris. The noise level was ok but i was not facing the main road. I didnt hear much apart from pigeons
The level of service from the staff was very good . My big negative is that i had a fraudulent scam message the day before i arrived saying that my booking was not secured. This caused a lot of concern which is not something I want to experience before traveling. It also makes me worry about the security of my data. I have never had this experience before with a hotel reservation

We only stayed for a 1 night trip and chose this location for convenience to be close to Gare Du Nord station. It was a 10 minute walk down a very uneven pavement which was not ideal with heavy suitcases, The hotel was average, the staff at check-in were pleasant and they let us into our room from 12:30pm which was really helpful. The room was spacious enough for 2 but we weren’t keen having the bed pushed up against the wall as it was inconvenient having to crawl out the end. The walls are very thin and you can hear a lot of noise, banging, people talking out in the hall etc. The area itself was not the best and felt quite intimidating with the amount of hooded men lingering between the hotel & train station.

It’s unlikely we would stay again, mainly due to noise and the area feeling run-down and crowded with intimidating people.
