I can’t say enough great things about Hotel Park City. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I’ve been staying there for years, and every single visit has been exceptional.

What keeps me coming back is not just the beautiful property and overall experience, but the consistency of the service. The team is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. This last year, I experienced a small blip during my stay, and hotel manager Raul handled it so thoughtfully and promptly that he truly made my stay feel extra special.

That kind of care and follow-through is rare, and it says a lot about the level of hospitality at Hotel Park City. Over the years, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond, and that’s why I continue to return.

We recently hosted our team offsite at Hotel Park City, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The accommodations were beautiful—comfortable and set in a serene environment that made it easy for everyone to relax and recharge.

The service truly stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making sure every detail of our stay and event ran smoothly. From check-in to coordinating our group needs, everything felt seamless.

The meeting space was perfect for our large group—spacious, well-equipped, and conducive to both productive sessions and collaborative discussions.

Overall, Hotel Park City provided the ideal setting for our offsite. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend it for team events or group stays.

My company hosted 15 rooms at the hotel a few weeks ago and the staff was excellent. We worked with Marina and Katheryn leading up to our event date and they were so helpful and flexible with our numerous changes. Highly recommend if you are looking to impress customers/colleagues etc in Park City.

Our stay started on a perfect note thanks to Nicolle. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel valued by recognizing our Bonvoy status. The property is beautiful and exceptionally relaxing, it is such a wonderful atmosphere. I would highly recommend and would love to come back again!

Fantastic stay! Suite (2-bdrm) was plenty roomy with the convenience of a hotel. Breakfast was worth enjoying every morning. Staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The location is awesome and the views are fantastic. We were upgraded to a suite which looked out to the ski area and a beautiful pond with plenty of wildlife. The staff were all so friendly. The rooms were really nice with a fireplace in each room. A jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the mountain.

I contracted with Hotel Park City for a second consecutive winter. Our organization has a small summit that lasted several days. Marina and the staff are great to work with. They pay close attention to all the small details and handle reservations changes with ease and courtesy. I strongly recommend Hotel Park City!

Close to Park City Mountain and we were able to use the hotel's shuttle and pool.
We liked the private hot tub on the patio of the room.
We were able to order room service, though only option is from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the hotel. Good food, but expensive cheeseburgers and chicken fingers for kids.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The room I had was one of the largest of its kind of been in. My favorite part about the hotel was actually the layout. Everything is very together and easy the reach when it comes to the amenities. Staff was excellent and very responsive. The best part is everything we needed outside of the hotel was right here. Grocery store. Restaurants. Drug stores so didn’t have to do hardly any driving.

I was there for conference and solo trip. I've been staying at other Marriott properties but the service at this Hotel is personalize, warm and exceptional. CG went above and beyond with hospitality making sure I don't miss my breakfast and shuttle.

The Autograph Collection Marriott Park City Hotel is one of the most accommodating hotels we have stayed at. The staff is exceptional, especially Nicole. It is a beautiful hotel with a great spa and restaurant.

The hotel is lovely - gives you an at home feel. We love the cottages and the private hot tubs and usually the skiers breakfast buffet. The hotel staff and service are usually not what you expect.

However, NICOLLE, John and Rommel are beyond amazing. We look forward to seeing Nicolle year over year and have enjoyed and celebrated her promotions!!!

We stayed in a 1-bedroom cottage suite for the 2nd year in a row. The hotel location, room, and staff never disappoint! CG at the front desk went above and beyond to help with restaurant and activity suggestions, and if she doesn't know the answer to your question, she will stop at nothing to get a good answer for you. I personally don't think she sleeps; she's a very hard worker, to say the least. Pepito, Rommel, and Kwaduo were all great drivers, very kind, and helpful with suggestions on things to do and tips on how to get the most out of our stay. We appreciate the entire staff, but these few really stood out. Thanks all!

Nichole was amazing, she took great care of us and made sure our stay was phenomenal! This is me and my husband‘s favorite hotel to stay in. Every time we come the experience is exponential!

The hotel was lovely, really conveys that winter lodge feel. Very clean, lots to do AND the staff twas AMAZING! Highly recommend

We will come back. This place is incredible for three things: First, Service. Second, Service. Third, Service.

— fantastic service. Travelling with 2 toddlers we had requests like: drop us to our room, can you pls help us close the hot tub, do you have a small pot, do you have any maple syrup, blah blah. They even did our dishes when we left our cottage! The warmth, the hospitality, the level of service is unmatched relative to anything else we’ve seen in the US. It’s so good you wonder what are these guys doing that others aren’t!
— quality location (especially the view of the lake from the cottages). Slopes in the back, heated pool, trees. It’s gorgeous.
— A+ quality linen, in suite dining ware, burner, laundromat etc. You know it when you throw in dirty toddlers’ clothes in delicate mode and they come out clean!
— A+ on-site store. Never seen better merchandising for a no-frills petite store in a hotel. Has almost everything you need. Retail Specimen.
— Thoughtful touches: smores, espresso machine, puzzles/glowing balls for kids, board games etc.

We had a fabulous experience at Hotel Park City. The room was beautiful with fireplace and view of the mountains. The service was exceptional. Staff was very friendly. We especially enjoyed shuttling with Peter. He was friendly, informative, and a pleasure. Would highly recommend staying at this resort.

I simply cannot recommend this hotel enough! Our recent company retreat was fantastic, and I only have the highest praise for the hotel itself and the remarkable staff. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.

Marina, the Sales Manager, was so kind and ensured everything ran smoothly from the initial booking to the end of our stay. Katheryn, the Conference Services Manager, was always on hand to assist with any requests, making sure our events were flawless, she was incredibly accommodating. Raul, the Director of Operations, displayed exceptional leadership, I noticed him assisting multiple different departments throughout the hotel. Bailey at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and exceptional service. Kelly, one of the banquet employees, made an impact on our weekend with her kindness and assistance. It's truly amazing how every department of the hotel was so welcoming and generous.

The suites were a dream, a cozy fireplace in the bedroom and a hot tub on the balcony! The hotel's location in PC had gorgeous mountain views and is a great distance to downtown. They even offer shuttle services to Main Street.

I would work with them again in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our company retreat such a memorable and enjoyable experience.
