Great layout of the rooms, comfortable beds, loved having a kitchen in the room. Pool was bigger than a lot in the area. AC worked beautifully and wasn’t super loud turning on and off. Location was phenomenal!
The breakfast was pretty lacking and there were a couple broken things in our room, but nothing crazy.
It was nicely located, but parking was a little tricky.. smaller cars were parking in big spaces and big cars were parking in smaller spaces.. so if you arrived later in the day your parking spot was tricky to maneuver with your belongings and people.
I was hoping that Continental breakfast would include pancakes or waffles..
or at least have a different options for hot meals…
Over priced for what you get, there were stains on some of the bedding. Breakfast wasn’t edible, all of my children (who were starving and not picky eaters told me it was gross and they couldn’t eat anything). Just have higher expectations with the almost $600 price tag.

bad kitchen supplies. very bad primary mattress and bedding. very bad breakfast. pullout bed mattress old and very poor. noisy.
The property itself was very clean and had a very welcoming vibe. The room was fantastic! I didn't realize that all the rooms are suites so I wasn't expecting to walk into a whole studio apartment!
The button to turn on the spa needs to be replaced, you have to push it a million times to turn on the jets. The elevator is possibly as old as the beach itself so it moves super slow. (first world problems)

It was like a little apt, it was great! Nice to have a washer and dryer. Liked that there was AC. I know not in all ocean/coast area hotels.
The light in the bathroom/tub didn't work. There was an empty soap package left stuck to part of shower from before we were there. Breakfast area was quite small and maybe there could be some eggs or sausage.

Room was huge for us. Had all the amenities include washer and dryer. Gym was okay but good enough. Great view of parade and fireworks. Free parking was great as well. Great place to stay
Elevator as slow and the breakfast was very limited.
We stayed for the 4th of July holiday. Our room on the 4th floor was excellent for watching both the parade and fireworks show.
1. One elevator for the whole building.
2. Kitchen could use more silverware, pots and pans as well as bowls and other cooking equipment. A room for 6 could use a bigger coffee pot.
3. Breakfast items are limited than others.
I absolutely love this property. We were only here for the one night as this was a spontaneous trip. Checked in just after 8:30 pm, and the staff were amazing. We got to the room, and it was gorgeous. It's literally a mini apartment. The property was sold out so breakfast in the morning was packed and they had a hard time keeping up, however The location is fabulous as well, super close to beach and shopping. I can not wait to stay here again, oh and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time, I would love to know the brand name, meant to ask but forgot.
Tv options could be better.
I love the suite. A living room with kitchen and a balcony with a view. Location is good, staff is great. I was super happy with our room overall.
