Housekeeping was so great, we just loved Marisella she was so kind and so helpful and friendly! Thanks so much!

Amazing trip with family
Pros:

Amazing staff! Room was large with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath. My sister and I each brought 2 grandchildren and we had plenty of room.

Cons:

It was a little warm in the room.

Loved it and would stay there again.

Cons:

5 floors and only one elevator?
It was broken and we had to use the stairs. A very nice staff person just happened to be on our floor as we were leaving and graciously assisted us with our luggage.
Breakfast food was a disappointment. Staff was very efficient in replacing items as they were used up. For the number of guests, the room was very crowded.

I was very pleased with everything and will stay here again.
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I really like the jacuzzi tub and the bed was very comfortable.

Gor out for breakfast, dont waste your time.
Pros:

Room was excellency, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was a real disappointment. Chunky gravy with hockey puck style biscuits. Dense or very old and dry. Don't advertise free breakfast and provide those or 3 kinds of cold cereal, Not a breakfast by any fashion.

Overall excellent hotel, clean and location was really good.
Pros:

I loved the room and the layout. Our room opened up to the lawn facing the river which was perfect. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite which we loved. Super impressed with there being 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

We loved the room and the location but the only downside was the the mattresses in both bedrooms were really broken down and lopsided and uncomfortable.
