Beautiful room! Very spacious, comfortable, and clean! Staff were excellent, and professional. Amenities are great. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Excellent value!

Mother and daughter getaway
Pros:

The Rivertide Suites is the best place I've stayed at in Seaside it's very clean and the atmosphere is great the staff are super sweet and friendly and they seem to actually enjoy working there. Darrio if you run into him he's a great guy and super nice and goes out of his way to help and you see him everywhere working he deserves a raise and a bonus he helped us with our fireplace and towels for the pool he's an awesome man. My family and I will definitely return back to Rivertide Suites when visiting Seaside.

Overall, I still really enjoy staying at Rivertide Suites.
Pros:

I really like the location. Walking distance to the beach and arcade. I like the updated lobby area and I can tell that hotel administration is really putting effort into maintaining the property.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't as nice as it has been in previous years. The gravy had a lot of milk added to it making it way too runny and the biscuits were hard.

Pros:

I liked that there was a washer and dryer along with Kitchenettes. Enjoyed bathtub with jets, however needed jet flow cleaned.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment compared to every hotel around this one. Options of cold cereal, chocolate pastry, or buiscut and gravy that upset my stomach.

Pool hours were limited and when I tried to stay 1 night instead of 2 refused refund even though other hotels in Seaside have refunded me. Overall disappointment was all-time high

Also had blood stains in toom and damaged areas that made closet unusable.

Pros:

The property was clean, in a very quite location. I was asked about an upgrade at a descent price.

Cons:

The king bed in room 211 was kind of sunken in, I would definitely upgrade any warn out bedding. I would also upgrade the breakfast. Add bacon, eggs, sausage. Stayed at less quality properties that had a better selection.

We just had a night getaway, and the stay here was a good choice. Will be back

It was just all around a good stay. It was packed too.

It was a surprise when I saw there was a washer and dryer. We had laundry to wash.

Big rooms, washer dryer and full kitchen ! Amazing river views even had a partial ocean view from my room on the 4th floor !
