Riverside suites is a fantastic place to enjoy a weekend in Seaside, Oregon
Pros:

The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space to move around. The kitchen is packed with all of the essentials that you might need for a weekend stay. The staff is very kind and welcoming to every single guest and looks up when someone enters to offer a friendly hello. The hotel is located within walking distance to almost everything.

Cons:

Really everything was great if I could approve one thing, it would be the quality of the coffee both in the room and in the provided breakfast

It was still good value. I wish it is refreshed, cleaner and has more extended hours for gym and pool

Bed was broken had a big lump in there toilet was hair all over and kitchen

Pros:

The location was great, the hotel was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen and living room in each unit.

Cons:

The bed was worn out and very uncomfortable to the point that we had back pain. Spa jets didn't work but it was clean and warm.
