The location. The staff were helpful. The rooftop bar.

Cons:

We had to change room 3 times - this was not a 5 star hotel or a 5 star experience. The services and facilities were VERY poor. The photos of the bedrooms and reality were completely different - the decor was tired and looked grubby - even in the public areas. The breakfast was poor in comparison to other proper 5 star hotels!!! Staff could have been more professionally dressed - overall very very very poor experience

The perfect spot for visiting the monuments in Seville
Pros:

Location is ideal if you come to visit Seville's monuments; The staff is very friendly and helpful; The breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but everything has excellent quality and presentation.

Cons:

Getting around inside the hotel is difficult and the spaces are cramped, but we couldn’t expect anything else from the adaptation of old houses in the historic center
