Séjour agréable au pied de la Giralda
Pros:

L’emplacement au pied de la cathédrale et la vue et l’ambiance depuis le rooftop. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil chaleureux fait par Maria Nicolas qui était d’une gentillesse incroyable et qui nous a été très serviable dès notre arrivée.

Cons:

L’hôtel commence à prendre un peu d’âge et ça se ressent. Malheureusement. Aucune vue depuis la chambre très sombre qui donnait sur une très petite cour intérieure. Nous étions obligés de vivre avec les lumières allumées jour et nuit pour nous retrouver dans la chambre. C’est très dommage pour un 5 étoiles.

Our stay at EME Sevilla was unfortunately very disappointing and far below expectations for a hotel positioned as luxury.

The biggest issue was the staff attitude, especially at reception. In luxury hospitality, attitude and tone make all the difference. Simply saying “No, we don’t” or giving cold responses is not acceptable. A professional luxury approach should always be along the lines of “I’m sorry, unfortunately we are unable to assist with that request.” Throughout our stay, the reception team appeared unwelcoming, uninterested, and rarely smiled.

In addition, the room itself did not meet expectations. The cleanliness standards were poor, amenities were incomplete, and the room was surprisingly noisy. The photos shown online are also quite misleading compared to the actual condition and atmosphere of the property.

Overall, this hotel is absolutely not good value for money. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Thank you to all at EME Catedral and especially Mario at check in for his courtesy and help. I was blessed with a room upgrade, beautiful room with very comfortable bed. I had a room facing into the internal courtyard of the hotel so for me it was very minimal noise. I could hear the water feature from the courtyard which was relaxing and some noise from people talking / restaurant but it was not so loud as to hear clear words and definitely did not stop me from sleeping.
Location was perfect! Right outside the Cathedral and maximum 20min walk in any direction to see a landmark.
Very clean and high standard hotel.
Would highly recommend

Preis-Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt zu wünschen übrig. Kein Service für Hotelgäste am Pool. Sauberkeit im Zimmer verbesserungswürdig.

Wij hadden een kamer met een opstapje, erg gevaarlijk snachts in het donker Het ontbijt was niet echt 5 sterren maar gewoon goed Het stonk naar grondwater in de ontbijtzaal
Stukje uit de wastafel beetje bijgewerkt Douchen in bad. Water tijdens douchen steeds een koude straal tussendoor Irritant. Kortom geen 5 sterren.
