Szuper, központi elhelyezkedés, izgalmas belső terek, éttermek, tető bár, udvarias segítőkész személyzet.

Cons:

A minimalista szobabelső, az én ízlésemnek kicsit visszafogott volt, illetve a toalett a befelé nyiló ajajával picit szükös. De megértem a belső építészt, hogy nehéz lehetett a dolga...Kicsit eklektikus volt a modern minimalista, vegyítve egy kis indusztriálissal, vagy csak takarékoskodtak a padlóburkolattal.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Our whole experience at the property was excellent. The staff was great and we felt truly welcomed. Definitely recommend!

Cons:

La surprise ou les chambres ne correspondaient pas exactement à notre réservation: 2 chambres au lieu d’une suite ! L’hôtel en a pris compte après qq discussions !
Isolation phonique insuffisante. Pas d’armoires !
Ne supporte pas bien la comparaison avec des 5 étoiles de Cordoue ou Grenade !
Restaurants associés de mauvaise qualité !

Die Lage des Hotels war absolut hervorragend. Auch die Rooftop Bar ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Mit den Zimmern waren wir jedoch nicht zufrieden. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Fenstern zum Innenhof, die sehr dunkel und nicht sauber waren. Zudem sollten die Teppiche im Eingangsbereich sowie im Spa Bereich so bald wie möglich ersetzt werden.
Insgesamt wäre eine Renovation des Hotels wünschenswert. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis der Zimmer empfanden wir daher als sehr schlecht.

Location and one of the staff ladies that try her best to help resolve our situation

The hotel is well located
However for the price we laid its way under the quality we are use to.
We slept extremely badly
Mattress is poor quality
The bathroom and toilet smelled humidity
The windows are not soundproof it’s like sleeping outside
The noise was so strong we could not sleep all night
We booked a suite that was showcased on booking is higher suite with a view and we got a suite at the first floor on the street
The elevator smelled very bad
Same for the spa area
We were shocked about the noise made by the staff as early as 5am in the morning.
This was a horrible experience for my entire family
We know Mercer hotels and we were not expecting this bad quality and this poor experience
We will ask for a full refund both booking and the hotel chain.
