Teleurstellend; ik zou hier niet meer willen komen en het niet aanraden.

We hadden een kleine kamer in de annex. Geen uitzicht en veel mechanisch lawaai de hele nacht. Acht jaar geleden hier ook gelogeerd in het klooster zelf, dat was prima. Nu teleurstellend.

What a lovely building, lots of history. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and the location was good, with plenty of places to drink and eat in walking distance. Pre arranged parking within the grounds was easy and secure. Staff at check in were very helpful

Hôtel situé dans une magnifique abbaye, jardins splendides, cadre incroyable. Excellent séjour, à recommander.

La propreté de la salle de bain (cheveux) pourrait être améliorée mais rien de grave par rapport à tout le reste qui était top.

Uiterst sfeervol, hier en daar wat gedateerd.
Pros:

Sfeer was geweldig met een mooie tuin en zagen de Moezel boven boomtoppen vanuit onze kamer. Schitterende trappenhuizen.
Prima ontbijt. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

Gehorigheid was behoorlijk (3e etage).

Es ist ein spezieller Ort, diese Abbay, es gibt viel Umschwung, Klostergärten und es ist sehr ruhig.

die Einrichtung ist etwas klösterlich, im Frühstückssaal fühlt man sich verloren,

Das Gebäude (altes Kloster) ist beeindruckend. Auch der Frühstücksraum war stilvoll. Die Zimmereinrichtung eher 80er bis 90er Jahre.
Frühstück mit ordentlichem Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Der Flur zu den Zimmern war dunkel mit abgewetztem Teppich, Wagen mit gebrauchter Bettwäsche stand im Weg, so dass man mit Koffer kaum daran vorbei kam.

Wir hatten noch nie in einer Abtei übernachtet, sehr stimmungsvoll!
Pros:

Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass wir in einer riesigen ehemaligen Abtei landen würden. Lange, hohe Gänge, große Zimmer, wunderschöner Garten, tolle Treppenhäuser, Gemälde und eine schöne Ausstellung. Auch die Kirche war imposant, jedoch entweiht und für Konzerte o.ä. nutzbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstück, bzw. das Personal beim Frühstück war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
