We have stayed here numerous times the staff are excellent very friendly and making sure that we are well taken care of

The hotel is really convenient for local transport and local shops, cafe's and deli's.
We stayed 10 nights and had a really good time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
As the hotel is in a busy area, there is traffic noise through out the night. If you want quiet you may be better off asking for a room at the back. We didn't mind and could enjoy the street view instead.
There are only two lifts/elevators, but we never waited more than a few minutes to access them.
All in all we had a good time and would stay here again.

If I had the opportunity travel to NY again, I definitely stayed in this hotel. Love location, love Chelsea area, love the Italian pizza close to there Andiamo pizza.

The service was great..front desk was super nice and helpful all shifts. also you chat via email and the response is quick.only two downer.The room was very small m..smaller than I expected. The housekeeping rushed no vacuum and bathroom not clean all the way…. Overall it was a great stay

The hotel itself was average. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was unfortunate but the hotel guests were very noisy.

Unpleasant smell over all and was woken up on last day of stay to fire alarms and the smell of burnt wire.

Location was great. Customer service desk told us about a stabbing while checking in with the kids. So unprofessional the kids were scared the entire stay. Rooms very small. Shoe size is not stereotyping here. Pretty small

The staff were excellent, always accommodating. To Destiny keeping me coffee strong to Tony, uber helpful. Only negative was room size, but bearable for the 5 nights we stayed, 3x adults and 1 “older” child

It was clean and they made sure we had soaps and towels on a daily as well as houskeeping. Would have loved to have a microwave/fridge or both we had to go down a few floors to access the microwave, ice and sodas. But overall it met our needs for our first time to NYC

I stay here a couple of times a year. The current management has done an excellent job making this a clean and efficient hotel for a relatively reasonable price.

it was ok but the tub spout needed to change. The noise from the rooftop across the street was unbearable.
