My experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible, and I would give it 0/10 if I could.

1. Misleading booking experience: Booking.com displayed the option “Reserve for free,” but the property charged my payment method straightaway. Had the payment or pre-authorisation requirements been clearly communicated, I would not have made this reservation. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

2. Unhelpful and inconsiderate management: We checked in late, at around 7:30 AM the following day, and I politely requested a two-hour late checkout. Despite explaining that I was travelling with my pregnant wife, the receptionist refused the request without offering any reasonable flexibility. The lack of understanding and customer service was disappointing.

3. Extremely cramped room: The room layout and size were unacceptable. There was barely enough space to stand or walk comfortably. Honestly, the room did not feel suitable for two adults, yet four adults stayed there for approximately four hours while we paid the full amount.

4. Basic amenities missing: Bottled water was listed among the facilities, but there was no water available in the room—not even this basic amenity. When we asked the receptionist, the response was casual and unhelpful, suggesting it might be available in other areas without providing a clear solution.

Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing stay. The cramped room, missing amenities, inflexible management, and unexpected payment experience made it one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Booking.com also needs to take responsibility for how its “Reserve for free” option is presented. Customers deserve clear and transparent information about payment and pre-authorisation requirements before making a reservation.

Very disappointing experience from both the property and the booking process. Shame on you, @booking.com

We had a reservation with breakfast. When we checked in, the front desk attendant tried to tell us that it was not included despite our having proof. We were given vouchers after I asked to speak to a manager.
