Fantastic
Pros:

My daughter and I have Birthdays 2 days apart and were only able to stay one night. We enjoyed the lazy river so much, it was relaxing and peaceful. We did not do much, but we will be back, it was wonderful. The check in was great. The young lady who checked us in was so pleasant. The only thing that upset us was our schedules didn't allow us to stay longer! A wonderful get away, thank you

Clean and spacious villas
Pros:

The Room was nice.
Very spacious and clean.
It felt "Homey" and not just an other room.

Cons:

I wasn't able to enjoy the stay as I was at training all day.
Nothing against the hotel, I just didn't have the time

Pros:

The amenities are made the stay amazing. Kids loved the pool and lazy river!

Cons:

The rooms were nothing to write home about. Definitely need some renovation and updating. Lots of water damage evidenced in our rooms/ smelled of smoke. The main bathroom layout was interesting. The shower needed some serious renovation and looked like it was original. The master toilet wouldn’t flush without needing to be plunged. I think you could have done without with the jet tub and just done a larger updated shower and toilet.

It was okay. I enjoyed spending time with my family and in the pool.
Pros:

I like the views and hill country.

Cons:

Our room was not ready at the “guaranteed” time. The toilet paper and paper towels were of the cheapest kind and our shower extension arm was broken.
