Fantastic location, with a beautiful view! Typical Italian style breakfast, great coffee.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't working so it was a bit stuffy in the rooms.

Great for overnight stay to explore San Marino
Pros:

We had a Queen room with a view and balcony. Spacious room, comfy bed, magnificent view. Located about 15 20 mins walk up from bus stop. Staff looked after our bags until room ready. Close to everything. Restaurant good.

Cons:

Unfortunately balcony a bit dirty and had bird droppings. View so magnificent that I had to have my morning cup of tea out there. Small thing, but no kettle. Luckily I carry my own. Breakfast excellent and you can sit outside overlooking view.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Great location, clean and well maintained. Receptionist was great!

Cons:

Did not appreciate that the hot breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, bacon etc were not being consistently replenished, hence were not available.
