It was fun the hotel was nice. Breakfeast eh The people above me were loud

The bathroom and the bed

Cons:

The pull out bed is weird and doesn't look like the photo? Am I missing something? Should be two mattresses and a pullover look? Hmm and no hot tub bummer

Coffee was good

Cons:

The TV in my hotel room quit working , ( in the middle of a show I was watching) called and was told to disconnect the HMDI cord which I did - nothing helped. TV never came back on. Also, the tile in the bathroom was loose. Spoke to the front desk person to let her about know the TV , asked what she could do for me ?not the answer I was looking for - as my wife and I travel a lot .

Uncomfortable due to fan noise and no towels
Pros:

Good location next to the mall and highway.

Cons:

The heater fans was on constantly and was very noisy. You turn it off and got no heat. Turn on and never stop...loud and noisy.. no customer services and no towels was replenish or room clean in two days stay.

Cons:

Elevator broke the morning we were checking out, so I (mom traveling solo with kids) had to bring lots of items down the stairs to the car.
