Exceptional hospitality from a team that genuinely cares about every guest.
Pros:

Although the hotel was fully booked when we first arrived, I still wanted to leave a review because of the exceptional service we received.

A special thank you to Ali, who went above and beyond to help us. He had never met us before and owed us nothing, yet instead of simply telling us there were no rooms available, he took the time to call several other hotels to help us find accommodation. His kindness, patience and genuine willingness to help complete strangers made a stressful situation much easier. That level of hospitality is rare and deserves to be recognised.

The following day, I was delighted to return and discover that a room had become available. What was meant to be a one-night stop has turned into a one-month stay!

It was also a real pleasure to meet Claudia again. I remembered her from my previous visit three years ago, and it was wonderful to see that she is now the Front Office Manager. Seeing dedicated team members grow within the hotel and take on greater responsibilities speaks volumes about both the hotel and the people who work there. Claudia is warm, approachable, highly professional and makes every guest feel genuinely welcome. It is easy to understand why she has progressed to this position.

After spending time here, I can honestly say that the service has consistently exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Ali, Claudia and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Cons:

There was nothing that negatively affected our stay. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.
