Bien-être assuré.
Pros:

Le tout. Le personnel est aux « petits soins » et d’une gentillesse. Mention spéciale à Amanda et Steven de la piscine, à la réceptionniste du petit-déjeuner ainsi qu’au réceptionniste qui m’aura aidé plus d’une fois avec ma carte d’accès.

Two nights stay with a family of three
Pros:

The hotel was really nice and clean with a little pool on the rooftop. We stayed two nights (two adults and 16 yo son) and for us the room was spacious enough and also the third bed in the room was good for an adult to have a good night sleep with no bag pain😊. Temperature in Madrid was extremely hot, but the room has very good aircon and the pool was refreshing after spending sweaty day sightseeing. The hotel is well situated, only approximately 15 min walk to Plaza Mayor etc and many nice restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons:

Hotels breakfast and cafeteria portions are very expensive compared to what they serve. We bought breakfast once and for that money (3x14€) we could've eat a good dinner at a nearby Spanish restaurants.

Camera di medie dimensioni e finestrata, dotata di letti comodi (avevamo chiesto due letti singoli, ce ne hanno fornito uno matrimoniale, ma era di ampie dimensioni), frigobar e bollitore per colazione.
Bagno piccolo, provvisto di una non troppo comoda vasca da bagno, ma finestrato.
Posizione comoda al centro e parcheggio sotterraneo raggiungibile tramite ascensore dell'albergo.

Cons:

Rumore proveniente dall'esterno dell'edificio (problematica ovviamente non ascrivibile alla struttura, che è provvista di vetrocamera). Madrid è una città che non dorme mai, un po' come Roma!

Tiszta, felújított szoba, kedves személyzet, a tetőtéri medence kiválóan alkalmas a magas hőmérsékletben a pihenésre, töltődésre, finom reggeli nagy választékkal. A főbb turista látványosságok gyalogosan is könnyen elérhetőek. /Clean, renovated room, friendly staff, and the rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing and recharging in the hot weather. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The main tourist attractions are also easily accessible on foot.

Cons:

A folyosóról és a szomszédból behallatszottak a szomszédok. /Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms could be heard in the room.
