Bom custo benefício, cumpre aquilo que um 3 estrelas pode oferecer.
É um hotel relativamente grande. Os trabalhadores da recepção, apesar de muito atenciosos, parecem não dar conta da alta demanda. Nosso frigobar (mini refrigerador) esteve sem funcionar durante nossa estadia de 4 noites, avisamos no segundo dia mas não foi reparado.
El desayuno genial, el personal súper amable, desde limpieza, a recepción y a cafetería- restaurante. El garaje tiene plazas que no son enanas y si tienen hueco te dejan dejar el coche el día de la salida hasta la tarde. Súper limpia la habitación. Almohada y colchón muy cómodo. Aire acondicionado con mucha potencia.

Alle aspecten waren top. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ze nemen echt de tijd om je vragen te beantwoorden. Kamers waren super schoon en zeer comfortabel. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en smakelijk. De locatie is ook goed, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen zijn bushaltes en metro te vinden. Veel restaurants en bars in directe omgeving.

Geräumige Zimmer, viel Platz, sehr sauber, extrem schalldicht und das Personal war wirklich extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Gostamos muito da hospitalidade, localização, limpeza e serviços do hotel. A funcionária Johanna, nos auxiliou em tudo que necessitamos e ficamos muito felizes pelo atendimento que recebemos. Chegar da caminhada em Madri e descansar os pés na piscina de hidromassagem após um banho rápido, foi sensacional.

La ubicación, el desayuno buffet estaba bien surtido, la habitación muy comoda. Todo muy limpio y el personal muy atento.
La foto hace parecer que tiene una pisicna pero no, es un jacuzzi un poco mas grande a los normales y siempre estuvo lleno.
