This place was fantastic and we were right next door to an entire outlet with shopping, music and delicious food options, and a movie theater. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.

This was my second time staying at The Westin with my family of four while visiting my son for college family weekend. The property itself is beautiful, and I really appreciate that it’s located at Bridge Street Mall. This made dining and shopping very convenient. I also enjoyed the Sage Bar, it was a great spot to watch college football.
However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service during this stay. Upon arrival, there were no liners in the trash cans, the complimentary body wash dispenser was completely empty, and there weren’t enough towels for a family of four. I mentioned this to a housekeeper I saw in the hallway. She explained my room wasn’t on her list but said she would pass the request along, which I did hear her do. Unfortunately, when I returned later, nothing had been resolved: still no liners, no body wash, and not the correct number of towels and washcloths.
Because of the missing liners, I neatly stacked disposable cups on the table, but those weren’t cleared away either, even though the rest of the room was attended too.
Overall, I love the property and location, but the lack of attention to these basic housekeeping details made this stay fall short of expectations, especially for a Westin. I would stay again, but hoping for a better experience.

I loved everything my kind of vacation!!! I only had to give a 4 to staff because I walked in on a family in my room . They was nice about the mistake but it still was embarrassing for me and them . Other then that mistake I would definitely stay again

Room had a couple things broken. One was the bathroom door knob, and the other was a closet door knob. No trash bags in the trash cans. One elevator was down half the time and missing an open door button. Other than these small things the hotel is nice. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming!

Very nice. You can park your car and leave it, everything is within walking distance. The movie theater and all the restaurants were great. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and upscale.

We would stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Westin. We could walk out and be right at Bridge Street. The rooms were great and clean. We will stay here again.

Staff was great! They recently had a remodel and did away with carpet which is a plus. However, you could tell that they rushed a few things, ie outlet covers missing and fixtures in bathroom with a gap for ceiling and plate cover. Cleanliness was excellent and staff extremely friendly which is a priority. They were also able to get me an early check in which I really appreciated.

Only had one bad review I went down to the hotel bar and sit at the bar, waiting for someone to take my drink order. The bar was pretty much dead only for customers. I waited approximately five minutes. The guy never even acknowledged me that was bartending, and I looked dead at him and he looked at me so I knew he knew I was there. So I went over to red Robin instead.

Everything was lovely. You don't have to leave your hotel area for any thing. Friendly atmosphere
