The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I loved the room set up, very clean and quiet. We took the shuttle to see a show and enjoyed our stay. We will be returning!

The place is spacious, clean and has a kitchen, living room and washer and dryer. Our hot water was inconsistent (not hot) and we had to have someone come into the room on two separate occasions to fix the hot water issue. Our room keys would stop working and we had to go back to the front desk almost daily (we were on level 5) to have them reset our room keys. One morning the fire alarm went off at 6am and the whole hotel was evacuated. No one knew why and there was no communication from the staff as to why the alarm went off and everyone evacuated. Then everyone went back in without the staff telling us why we had to evacuate or if it was safe to go back in. When asked about the incident later, the lead security and front desk people said they had no idea what happened and that maybe it was just a system glitch. Probably won’t be staying here again due to the issues experienced here.

The hotel refuses to return our deposit, claiming they cannot locate our reservation. Staff have been really unhelpful. Moreover, the hotel is a good 20 min walk from the strip. There is a bus service every 30 min that we were never able to use. We also requested a kettle that was never delivered to our room.

clean room. Only issue was no power greater than 4 hours at vegas location, no backup system noted. Had to leave room and continue to call back to obtain info if power was back on.

Only downside is the /0 minute walk to MGM. Not hard, just a bit far. But property is great.

I love this hotel. It’s a great place. If you just want a little bit of quiet time away from the strip if you’re visiting Vegas. The hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are really nice and spacious. Full-size refrigerators, microwave and kitchen so you can cook your own food. The customer service is great and they have coffee, hot chocolate, and freshwater in the lobby. Parking is free and there is no casino, but they have a shuttle that drops you off at the strip and it runs throughout the day.

Felt like I moved to a new home.

BlueGreen is a quiet property off the strip where you can truly relax at after an eventful day!

I liked that it was away ftom the strip but still close. I appreciated the shuttle service which allowed our group to split our transportation to accommodate different schedules where we met up later.

I love this property and have stayed here twice. I will continue to stay here. The staff is great. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. They are kid friendly. They have great hospitality.

Great spot. I got the deluxe room. It essentially was a Fancy one bedroom apartment. Washer dryer in the room and full kitchen! Also with a large upscale restroom. I plan on coming back to vegas early next just for the room. Vegas is a plus too. Indoor pool air-conditioned

Great 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen, just off the strip, but budget friendly. Subway and local pizza, bagel shop conveniently on site. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Security alarm went off very early in the morning, surprisingly no explanation or follow up by staff. Kinda unnerving, but we survived. All in all a good value for a spacious convenient Vegas stay.
