I selected this location based on proximity to the conference I was attending. It is closest to MGM Grand on the Vegas Strip but the shuttle currently takes guests to and from Planet Hollywood/ Miracle Mile shops. Guests also have access to Planet Hollywoods pool. On site amenities are not fancy but great pricing & convenient. Rooms are great. Indoor pool perfect in summer heat.
I arrived hours before checkin. By the time I grabbed something to eat on the shuttle my room was ready.
The room was clean and well furnished with ample towels, pillows and other supplies. The workout room was a good sized, well equipped and well maintained. Free parking!
The location is not within walking distance to very much. There is a regular shuttle to take you to the shopping center, which helps to compensate, or you can pick up something quick at a limited set of the attached shops. Also - There is a good portion of rooms that have absolute no view, beyond looking at rooms across from you. Finally - as this is a suite and I believe a timeshare facility, you should expect lots of families and the good and bad that comes with that. I personally didn't have to endure a sales-pitch during my stay, but I'm pretty sure they were setup to do so.
As a place to stay - this place is somewhere in the middle. It's certainly not upscale, but also not at the bottom either. The facility is clean, well maintained, and with low-frills. The extra room a suite is always nice and having a place with a mini-kitchen could be a great value for a large group travelling together. But personally, had I realized earlier it was a time-share facility, I probably would have booked someplace else.

Constava que tinha café da manhã incluído na diária e não havia, só tinha uma máquina de café que as vezes funcionava.
Quiet with good views of the city
Indoor pool was very noisy
Location off strip (nice) looking for a vacation stay without the stay on strip. But, early AM we were wakened by the outside construction which no one mentioned. The stay was nice otherwise, the rooms could use some extra care and cleaning. Corners, behind things and underneath need attention. Unless you clean around things. Kitchen was not fully stocked (pans) but were brought up at request. Seems like they knew. I had use of a motorized scooter and some areas had no disability access. The wing restaurant and liquor store next to the timeshare were overpriced and employees not very nice people or with good customer service skills. The Subway downstairs had no disability access and the only employee in store acted as if we were a bother to walk in and order. Staff at Bluegreen were pleasant, friendly snd helpful. Not sure about a return stay.

Well first my experience started off wonderful then Sunday morning Father's Day I woke up to a flooded living room from the kitchen sink with sewage on my bags on the floor.

The bed was the highlight of the room and the shuttle the Vegas Strip and back was most appreciated.
There was a smell that I couldn't pin point.
Great location, love the shuttle service! Our room was clean and have everything facilities we need.
Sofabed was not good, my back was aching after the first night. But it’s a sofabed, what can you ask for lolll. Just a reminder if you are picky sleeper, please book other rooms with legit double bed.
