Pros:

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen.

Cons:

Kleiner in die Jahre gekommenen Aufzug.Er macht komische Geräusche beim Fahren und ruckelt ziemlich stark. Obwohl der Frühstücksraum nicht voll war,kam das Personal mit dem auffüllen nicht nach.Teilweise fehlte auch Geschirr.

Waren nur circa 20 Minuten dort und haben uns dann eine andere Unterkunft besorgt.

Es war alles schrecklich

Cons:

Es hat in der Dusche geschimmelt. Im ganzen Hotel schrecklich gestunken und alles war dreckig oder kaputt

zweckentsprechend für 1 Übernachtung, für einen Urlaub ungeeignet

Das Frühstück war gut, ausreichend und auch die Lage des Hotels entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Aber deshalb hatten wir es ja auch gebucht.

Cons:

Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht gerade groß geschrieben, eher unterste Schublade! Es war dort schon seit längerem nicht mehr staub gewischt worden. Die Badezimmertür war völlig kaputt und an den Fensterrahmen klebte noch der Rückstand von Panzertape. Wahrscheinlich musste dieses Fenster über den Winter abgedichtet werden oder so... die Möbel sind uralt und sehr stümperhaft mit grauer Lackfarbe "überpinselt" worden. Man kann keine Barzahlung vornehmen, was wir nicht wussten und angeblich in Booking.com vermerkt ist. Dies stimmte nicht! Beim Hinweis darauf wurde die Dame an der Rezeption äußerst ungehalten und überheblich! Parkplätze sind absolute Mangelware dort!

Es war für mich nur eine Not-Nacht.
Nicht das Ziel meiner Träume.
Das Bad war eine Zumutung. Das Frühstück lieblos und gefühlt von Aldi.
Nicht nochmal.

Welcoming, friendly, helpful!
Pros:

The staff was amazing - Benjamin from reception was so sweet and helpful, he always helped us when we needed something. Overall experience was awesome!

Cons:

Berlin is a big city, and the hotel is a bit far from the centre - it took us about 40mins to the center of Berlin, but it is good value for money

Wir suchten die Nähe zur Vivantes Humboldt Klinik
Perfekt!!

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war gerade defekt - aber (wir beide gehbehindert) haben sofort ein Zimmer im 1. Stock bekommen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
