Very poor experience
Pros:

The location and the staff are the only positives to take from this hotel. Staff couldnt be nicer and are very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely run down and dirty. I was given a double room on the fourth floor and the lift to the floor immediately felt unsafe as it shuddered as it moved. The room itself has paint work chipped all over the walls, a scratch all the way across the wardrobe, a smashed table and a cracked chair. The bathroom was very old looking and the toilet was stained.. the breakfast was very basic continental with no option for anything different. As a female staying on her own, despite the appealing cost, I would not feel comfortable or safe necessarily staying here again.

3. und 4. Etage soll schlecht sein.
Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat uns 2 Zimmer in der 2.Etage gegeben. Die gingen einigermaßen.
Lage gut. 10 Min.laufen zur U-Bahn am Kurt Schumacher Platz. Grosses Einkaufszentrum

Bardzo fajne miejsce na budżetowy wypad do Berlina.
Pros:

Czyste pokoje, dobra lokalizacja (blisko metro, autobus, sklepy). Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny!

Solides Mittelklasse-Hotel mit freundlichem Personal mit in die Jahre gekommener Ausstattung
Pros:

für uns war die Lage optimal. Sehr ruhig gelegen, freundliches Personal, solides Frühstück!
Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
zwei öffentliche Ladessäulen direkt vor der Haustür

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr aktuellen Standards. Allerdings war es grundsätzlich sauber.

Charmantes Personal mit Blick zum Detail - Gehaltserhöhung fällig :)
Pros:

Das ganze Team ist professionell und gleichzeitig entspannt. Sie kommen den Anliegen der Gäste immer nach.

Ich hatte 2 Hunde dabei, einer davon ist jung und war noch nie in der Großstadt. Besonders bei Frau Sandra möchte ich mich bedanken. Sie hat mit mir die beste Strategie besprochen, meine Abwesenheit für die Hunde zu planen. Zudem hat sie angeboten mich zu informieren, wenn diese zu unruhig werden. So konnte ich mich auf die Arbeit in der Stadt konzentrieren. Das bedeutet mir unglaublich viel. Am nächsten Tag hat sie sich beim Frühstück erkundigt, wie es mit den Hunden lief.

Für Hundebesitzer lässt sich die Gegend super zum Stadttraining nutzen. Ruhe und Auslauf gibt es im riesigen Volkspark Rehberge.

U-Bahn und Busse sind ganz in der Nähe, ein leckerer Italiener ein paar Häuser weiter und Kaufland über die Straße.

It was dirty in the room. There was a fire alarm and no one informed guests what was going on. They even didn't make sure if all guests left their rooms

Preis Leistung ist ok, wenn die Zimmer AC hätten würde ich sagen immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, Lage war für uns sehr gut, Personal war super freundlich und entgegenkommend!

Cons:

Zimmer ohne AC sind bei diesen Temperaturen eine Zumutung! Zusatzkosten für den Parkplatz!
