Excellent hotel and stay but some issues need attention.
Pros:

The hotel is a paradise on this planet. The place invites you, in every sense, to relax, forget stress, and immerse yourself in nature. The staff is very friendly and always responds with a smile. The cleanliness is impressive, and its location is unique—set in a privileged spot surrounded by a genuine natural environment.

Cons:

Pool area service: most of the time, the waiting time is very long, especially on weekends when there is a higher influx of guests.
Be prepared to wait for a long chair to rest for ages!!!
The chairs at the swimming pool are not enough to cover all guests’ needs…

Spa: it is practically nonexistent. A hotel of this category cannot operate with only one or two staff members during high season to provide the various services offered on its menu. I had to leave the hotel and go to Saint François to get a massage, even though I stayed for 9 days…. When I asked about it, I was told I needed to book at least 5–6 days in advance—this is unacceptable.

Restaurant and bar: the bar menu is limited, and most of the time the response was “there’s no more.” The restaurant does not offer many options, especially for people with dietary restrictions. I don’t eat fish because I’m allergic, and there should be at least some other alternative options available.

Yoga classes: they are held in front of a pond with stagnant, foul-smelling water. I think the surroundings should be improved to enhance the experience.

Room cleaning: rooms are cleaned at 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. I had to leave the room (because I was woken up, obviously) to avoid the noise associated with cleaning tasks.
This is an adults’ only hotel. What were kids doing there?

Great resort. Not cheap but you get your money’s worth.
Pros:

Very nice resort. Value for money is there.

Cons:

Somewhat limited lunch and bar food menu. It is the only improvement I could see really.

Pros:

Très bel endroit dans un magnifique cadre. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner de qualité et personnel très attentionné et sympathique.

Cons:

Rien ! Juste compléter la douche avec une tablette pour poser les produits.

TRès bon petit déjeuner. Le bar tapas est très agréable et les cocktails créés excellents

Cons:

petit cafouillage dans le service au dîner avec les cocktails qui sont arrivés après le vin. les serveurs étant très agréables nous avons pris les choses avec le sourire

Ce qui est important dans un hôtel, c’est le sens du détail et l’attention porté aux clients. Le Relais du Moulin a répondu à ces exigences
Et un gros point positif au petit déjeuner qui est très complet et de qualité

Y retourner au plus vite.
Pros:

Le côté romantique , le plaisir de l’endroit, la piscine, le restaurant, le confort,la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel vis à vis de la clientèle.

Cons:

Juste pour nous plutôt une douche qu’une baignoire dans l’appartement , a demandé la prochaine fois

Délicieuse restauration tant au restaurant qu’au bar.

Cons:

La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du reste. Tout à fait correct mais manque de bons fruits, variété de douceurs ou de salé.

Chouette séjour.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent !
La piscine est propre, et très agréable, à température très correcte.
Possibilité de commander un verre au bar et d’être servi au transat de la piscine.
La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable.
Emplacement idéal.
Endroit parfait pour se reposer.

Cons:

La salle de sport est très peu fournie.
L’allée pour se rendre au logement n’était pas bien entretenue (béton un peu cassé).
Peu d’activités proposées (yoga ou soins en supplément seulement).
Uniquement quelques chaînes sur la tv, pas de chromecast.
Le prix reste tout de même fort élevé.
