Important information:

Please note: The units offered for rental through Luxury Suites International at The Signature are hotel-condominium units owned by individuals. The rental of these units is not handled by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, which is the company that manages the shared access and amenity areas of The Signature at MGM Grand property. All inquiries regarding this rental must be directed to Luxury Suites International customer service.

The card will be authorized for USD 100 per day or USD 300 (whichever is less) as Incidental/Damage Deposit; if the limit is reached, additional authorizations may occur. The hold is released upon departure and can take 3-7 business days to reach Domestic card holders and up to 30 days for International card holders.

Failure to authorize card will result in guest being denied access to suite. Refunds will not be provided.

A fully refundable incidental deposit will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

An adult of 21 years of age must be present at check-in.

Please note: Guests receive 1 free parking spot per reservation.

Please note: An additional tax will be applied to the resort fee and this tax is not included in the booked rate. Please contact Luxury Suites International at The Signature for further information.

A taxable resort fee will be charged on day of booking and includes the following:

Valet parking is based on availability.

Cons:

Ik heb ruim 10jaar geleden een week in Signature gezeten en dat was erg goed. Inmiddels zijn de kamers erg verouderde, bedden zijn doorgezakt, oude lakens en ipv een featherbed ligt er nu een plastic matrasbeschermer. Er is geen enkele service tijdens het verblijf inbegrepen. Nieuwe handoeken of housekeeping kan alleen tegen betaling besteld worden.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that there was not enough valet parking spots and was forced to park at the MGM, and I stayed in Tower 3 of the Signature. That was a long walk.

Rooms are individually owned and the management group, housekeeping and maintenance is horrible
Pros:

The signature property itself, I love and have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed my stays

Cons:

This room through the management group was horrible. The room was dusty all over. There were slip covers on the pull out couch, the original fridge did not work, it was not replaced they added another one in the room. The toilet water ran all night, calcuim and lime scale build up on one of the sinks.

Swimming pool, but would have appreciated longer hours open

Cons:

Dirty carpet, needed to be vacuumed told attended said she put in a request never happened, didn’t like having to pay extra for a towel, Starbucks was far from tower 3

Disappointed.
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

The room was very dated and not clean. It differs immensely from the advertised photos. Multiple things were broken including a heating panel which had come off the wall and was exposing wires. The shelf in the fridge was also broken and the tv didn’t work. The staff looking after the room only arranged for the tv to be fixed. We stayed here for our honeymoon and were very disappointed.

Pros:

Stayed a few times. Great location and accessible. Near food inside and outside in the strip.

Cons:

Depending on which tower you're in, you might have to walk 10 minutes to go to the strip but the have floor escalators on the way out and in.

Signature suite, a real disappointment
Pros:

I loved the location of the suites and it was easy access to everything.

Cons:

Having paid a LOT of money i was very disappointed in the suite 37th floor suite 611; the carpet was grubby, wallpaper was coming away from the walls, all the faucets leaked on using them, the fridge door needed slamming to close it.
Our room was near the lifts and you could hear them going up and down ALL NIGHT.
Overall for a luxury suite it was disgusting and and unkempt. I would not recommend it especially at the extortionate price they expect.
