Hôtel très confortable avec un emplacement idéal, chambres spacieuses et très propres, personnel très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner :
- pas de pain, croissants rassis, pas de grille pain, café très mauvais.
Pour l’absence de pain, l’excuse qui nous a été donnée : « nous n’avons pas été livré » (alors qu’il y a une boulangerie à 100 mètres).
Posizione fantastica a due passi dall'Opèra, personale gentile e la camera aveva tutto il necessario, sempre pulita e riordinata.
Forse solo nella mia stanza è capitato, ma mancava il frigo, anche se comunque non l'avrei utilizzato.

There was a bulge in the bathroom floor, the room is a lot smaller than the photos suggest, the lobby is nicer than the room.

Le camere troppo vicine tra loro e non isolate acusticamente
Personale accogliente e gentilissimo , abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia e hanno risolto facendoci un upgrade della camera . Meraviglioso direi . Un grazie a willy dello staff , gentilissimo e sempre pronto per accontentarci.
