OK place, breakfast has gone downhill and they now charge pet fee - so less differentiated than ever before
Pros:

Place is OK, it's nothing super nice, but decent. The breakfast quality was way down in my opinion. Generally hotels at this level are cutting back on breakfast - and it really shows here.

Cons:

I can't stand that they now charge a pet fee. That's annoying as hell. LaQuinta has won me over with a great pet friendly stay. The pet fee is lame and other places in town are as nice or nicer and charge the same or less for pet fee. So this is a big disappointment for me. I was willing to overlook stuff when they were 100% pet friendly. Now they do get that benefit of the doubt. In that light I would and will try other spots

Very clean and lush. Microwave bigger fridge. Staff was super friendly
Pros:

Very lush very clean easy to get to the breakfast was awesome lots to choose from and once they ran out they refilled. They also had coffee going at all times and a huge snack shop instead of vending machines. So like a little mini mart with wine and beer sodas

The staff always treats you good greets you with a smile and meets any means you might have

Cons:
