We were there for just a quick overnight as we passed through. Nice place, clean. We did get a call that the elevator was out and would be for our stay. My husband can't do the stairs so as we were looking for another pet friendly place, they called and could give us an ada room on the first floor. We didn't get breakfast since we left so early. Would stay again for sure.

Very convenient location, premises and building always well-maintained. Have stayed here previously. Always great and friendly staff, and helpful pointing to things in the area. Very nice breakfast, including the breakfast room, well-appointed and accommodating, good choices of hot and cold entrees. Room is spacious, quiet, beds and pillows are quite comfortable. It has become our go-to place when in the area.

The location is fine when you have the canyon in mind.

squeaking bathroom door, bathroom tap knob shower to tap head was jammed. Lift was not working.
Pool wasn’t too cold hot tub was nice and relaxing the complimentary breakfast was yummy beds were comfortable staff was very nice no surprise after charges no price change at check in no deposit which was no worries we traveled for a medical appointment so the last thing we needed was issues
Honestly nothing it was a nice stay the only thing I can say is I used to be a room checker for housekeeping and the girls could do a little bit better cleaning just mainly dusting and thoroughly vacuuming around beds, nightstands window seals behind doors
Room was very nice, bed was confortable, and breakfast was great.

Elevator down but they told us ahead of time
Everything was great, service, food, and room
elevator had broken, they led me to south side of building to go up 3 flights of stairs, and my room was on the north side, in heels. Then when leaving the elevator still not fixed, had to walk down three flights of stairs in heels and all my luggage.

The elevator could have worked. I was told that I would have a second story floor. Since I have had knee replacement surgery. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Kenneth only has one speed and it’s slow.
Location, new and clean
Very nice facility and clean. Beds and pillows were decent. This was just an overnight stop on our travels from Utah to Central Oregon. A nice respite for weary travelers with a cool room when we arrived. Was happy with the price we were able to pay through Booking.com. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, but I was happy to get hot tea to go. They provided cups and lids. Green spaces for your pets and waste bags provided.
The elevator was out but that was not their fault. A major part had to be replaced. Thankfully we were on the second floor. It was a bit noisy when we tried to go to sleep. Noise from inside and outside but it did not last all night.
