Llegué al hotel a las 7am y, aunque la hora oficial de check-in era a las 3pm, me permitieron hacer un early check-in a las 12 del mediodía, pero con un cargo adicional por medio día, lo que me pareció un poco excesivo.
El desayuno horrible y no te dan café expreso, hay que pagar adicional. La limpieza podría mejorar mucho.

Loved the size of the room. Unexpectedly big. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Location, staff was very nice.
Emergency stairs were blocked on the 3rd floor so the only way up/down were the elevators, which were usually very busy.
Extremely clean, spacious, quiet and well maintained. Staff is very professional.
Service at the restaurant was very slow… I understand they had staffing problems on those days. Only one coffee capsule for 4 people.

Spacious rooms and amenities suitable for long stays. Easy access to Periferico and Polanco. Delicious restaurant on-site.
The shower wasn't hot, there weren't enough towels for the number of guests, the card key wouldn't open in less one day etc. However, if you report the issue to the reception each time, they will usually solve it quickly.
