La suite Jr espectacular muy amplia y super limpio. Camas comodas.
Ubicacion excelente si vas a la nueva embajada de USA te llevan del hotel un transporte gratuito.
El desayuno bueno y suficiente.
Atencion 24 hrs.

Pros:

me guardaron la maleta unas horas
el wifi funcionaba decentemente

Cons:

- No habia agua caliente en la habitacion
- la presion de la ducha era minima
- el desayuno no estaba bien hecho, patatas frias y duras, huevos fritos pasados, nachos mojados.
- despues de haber confirmado mi entrada un poco mas temprano de lo normal, la habitacion no solo no estaba lista, sino que el agente de check in me queria cobrar 1000 pesos mas por llegar una hora y media antes de la hora del check in, vergonzoso.
- el hotel no estaba lleno, pero no me dejaron hacer check out a las 12:30 porque necesitaban aparentemente la habitacion

No pude quedarme allí esas noches…

Aunque rara vez escribo reseñas negativas, esta vez no puedo evitarlo — esta propiedad, lamentablemente, me hizo sentir totalmente despreciado :-(

Cons:

El departamento de reservas es completamente inflexible ante cualquier cambio — el personal parece no tener ningún poder de decisión y siempre recurre a la misma excusa de que necesita consultar con otro departamento.

De antemano, si la respuesta del hotel incluye frases como 'lamentamos que su experiencia no haya cumplido sus expectativas' o 'sus comentarios han sido compartidos con los equipos correspondientes' — gracias, pero ese tipo de respuesta genérica es exactamente el problema. No busco disculpas redactadas por un departamento de marketing; busco que realmente le den poder de decisión a su personal para resolver situaciones en el momento. Las palabras sin acciones concretas no cambian nada.

Pros:

Large sized rooms
But…
I don’t write often very negative reviews, this time unfortunately this property made me feel so unappreciated…

Cons:

- breakfast poor, late, long-waiting to be served
- reservation-department completely not flexible for any changes
- personnel seems powerless & always using the excuse they need to ask to another department …

Llegué al hotel a las 7am y, aunque la hora oficial de check-in era a las 3pm, me permitieron hacer un early check-in a las 12 del mediodía, pero con un cargo adicional por medio día, lo que me pareció un poco excesivo.
El desayuno horrible y no te dan café expreso, hay que pagar adicional. La limpieza podría mejorar mucho.

We were there for a competition but stayed on to experience the sights and culture.

Great place to stay if you like the corporate suite type accommodations.
Pros:

Extremely clean, spacious, quiet and well maintained. Staff is very professional.

Cons:

Service at the restaurant was very slow… I understand they had staffing problems on those days. Only one coffee capsule for 4 people.
