it was OK. For a forced a resort in Europe it’s like staying in a regular hotel. They have a buffet.
Pros:

It was close to a lot of tourist attraction towns. Very clean.

Cons:

Only one bar with limited drinks bartenders can't make every cocktail you want. The staff not very friendly. No music in th pool area. Pool bar is located in the kids pool area. There’s no walk up bar in the middle of the pool. There’s no activities for the adults. There’s only one other restaurant aside from the snack bar and the buffet restaurant. I wish there were more restaurant choices. Everything is closed at 12 AM. They even turn off the coffee maker in the lobby is so dark at that time. There’s nothing to do for the adults after midnight. There’s no welcome champagne or any drink when we came in. Nobody even helped us to bring our suitcases upstairs or to show us where our room is. I paid so much money even for a four star restaurant and our welcome was the worst I’ve ever had in any resort I’ve been to in my life. As an American all the guests are not friendly everybody’s just in their own world.

Cons:

Parkplatz 25€ pro Nacht, wir haben auf der Straße geparkt, in der Vorsaison kostenlos möglich, aber ziemlich voll, man muss Glück haben einen Platz zu finden.
Großer Speisesaal, etwas laut, aber normal bei solchen Urlaubshotels.

Pros:

Ideal para viajar con niños, muchas actividades para ellos. La comida, muy buena, variada y rica. El personal muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones en general bien, parking en el mismo edificio. El comedor grande y siempre muy limpio. Las piscinas muy bien. Agua filtrada gratis en los pasillos. Cama doble, grande y bastante cómoda.

Cons:

Deberían contratar más personal de limpieza de las habitaciones,para que puedan hacerlo con más calma. Al tener un bebé que gatea se notaba mucho que no friegan el suelo ni lo aspiran, incluso cuando llegamos a la habitación el primer día.

Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las piscinas y es un hotel muy guay para ir con niños. El buffet es muy variado.

Cons:

No me gustó que cuando recogen la habitación no limpian, sólo hacen la cama y te cambian las toallas. Las almohadas son un poco malas, la cuna es muy pequeña y hace un calor horrible por todas las instalaciones.
