The bar in the lounge/tv room never seemed to be open.

La habitación era un poco estrecha entre la cama y el escritorio no cabía el carrito de mi bebé, así que lo tenía que dejar en el pasillo de entrada.
La piscina de los pequeños cerraba demasiado temprano a las 19h y a esa hora aún hace bastante calor.

El tamaño de la habitación. Era triple y a penas había sitio para moverse al rededor de las camas.

I would like to leave a review about the terrible and unacceptable experience my family had at this hotel.

Three months before our trip, we booked three sea-view rooms because we were traveling with three children. However, when we arrived, all three of our rooms were located on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool. Directly beneath the balconies of all three rooms was the hotel’s stage, where live concerts were held every evening.

The performances started at around 9:30 p.m. and continued until midnight. Since the stage was literally right below our balconies, neither my children nor I were able to sleep before midnight during the entire two nights of our stay. One evening there was a loud rock concert with drums, electric guitars, and singers using microphones. The noise was so overwhelming that it was impossible even to watch television in the room. The music was incredibly loud and echoed throughout the rooms.

I have three children, and the whole experience was simply unbearable.

I asked the hotel to move us to different rooms, but my request was refused. When I explained the situation to the hotel receptionist, I was told, “This is Spain, and you should get used to it.” I was essentially told that I had no right to peace, quiet, or a good night’s sleep in a hotel that I had paid for. To make matters even worse, the receptionist ended the conversation by telling me that next time I should stay at a different hotel instead of theirs.

I find this treatment absolutely outrageous. I paid for a comfortable stay, yet neither I nor my family were able to sleep for two nights. I consider the way my family and I were treated to be extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.

I would never recommend this hotel to families with children unless they are prepared to stay awake until midnight every night because of the extremely loud entertainment directly beneath the guest rooms.

No había nunca tumbonas en la piscina, la gente deja las toallas antes de ir a la piscina a primera hora, era todo incluido pero había cosas que no estaban incluidas, el precio de las tumbonas en la playa creo que es un detalle que podrían quitar ya que no es una playa donde haya tanta gente y hay muy pocas tumbonas.

Die Sauberkeit in der Hotelanlage könnte etwas besser sein.

Que cobren el agua filtrada en la cena es de juzgado de guardia cuando durante el día hay máquinas expendedoras de la misma y no tiene coste alguno. Es un detalle feo feo que desmerece y contrasta con el resto de servicios del resort.
