Pros:

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was excellent and I loved the “magic” pancake maker.

Too expensive right now I have two charges for same room same stay I’m hoping y’all fix it before I have to call my bank be on phone for two hours. One charge is 189 the other is 150. For one night

Loved it.
Pros:

The front desk staff were amazing. The kids and I loved the pool. Breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

When I tried to call the hotel to see if the pool was open, it took me 10 minutes of going through voice prompts and being directed to a messaging system. It would have been a 30 second phone call.

We will continue to stay at this property when we come to visit our granddaughter.
Pros:

My family and I have stayed here on several occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, only 6 minutes from our family’s home. We also love the restaurants that surround the hotel. Very convenient!
