Great location right on the beach. Close to restaurants and downtown area

Cons:

Room was clean and laid out ok but broken blinds, shower door broken and soiled furniture made it a bit uncomfortable. Price way too high for these accommodations plus an additional daily parking fee not included in the price.

IF we go back we'll definitely stay here again. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed!

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful, facilities were great. The room was perfect for our needs. I was happy to see we had an ocean view, even a little one. The free breakfast was great, and plenty of free coffee in the lobby, including the ability to fix lattes, and fruit water available all day as we came and went to keep hydrated in the heat, and I discovered homemade cookies in the lobby daily. We were treated like Kings and Queens. Loved the outside seating as we had a guest to visit us from the area and we could sit and talk. The parking was nice to be right by the door/elevator. The cleaning staff had a neat way of getting you what you needed without having them come in your room every day where we had cameras and iPads, etc and really didn't want anyone coming in, but we could still get our towels and k-cups and replacements. Loved that! Like the fact that umbrellas can be arranged and you could get towels for the pool at the front desk and turn them back in when finished. Loved the restaurant right behind the hotel. A couple of nights it was storming at dinner time and we could just run next door and eat and watch the beach/storm while we ate. Very convenient. I think it's called "Sandbar".

Cons:

It wasn't horrible, but the bed was not very comfy, pillows were flimsy. I know these things are hard to please everyone. The room with the couch in room 320 needs a lamp to make it brighter. It was pretty dark in there even during the day. Didn't like having to pay the $15 for parking but we did it.

Carpet was gross - shower was nasty - parking was hard with a truck even in the parking garage the pipes hit the top of our truck and there was never any spots on top very outdated

Excellent location, clean well managed property.
Pros:

The room was clean and much larger than expected. The balcony was great, partial view of the ocean and beach, but also the rooftop of the restaurant next door. The location was perfect, just steps to the beach for sunrise walks. The free breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety.

Cons:

The AC air handler filter was dated 3 years prior and the wiring for the thermostat was just hanging inside the closet where the air handler was placed. They really need to up their maintenance of the AC.

Just what we needed. It was so tranquil and so convenient to just walk straight out to the beach.
Pros:

Location directly on beach. Front staff were very friendly. Rooms were simple but adequate. Breakfast was adequate and dining area was kept very clean.

Cons:

Parking garage was very cramped even with our small car. There were areas that had more room, but were always taken.
Television did not offer streaming.

I love how it is right on the beach and has the walkway and little park where I can walk my dog. I also like that there are many restaurants close by that you can walk to.
