Pros:

Nothing!! Horrible staff. Don’t stay here.

Cons:

Had reservation for handicap assessable room, arrived and staff had given away the handicap accessible room and only had rooms on the third floor with no working elevator. Last was very rude, refused to call the manager and was unwilling to help.

The location was the reason I chose the hotel.

Cons:

The pictures on the website are not the hotel. There is no pool, there was no coffee or breakfast. The deadbolt on the door did not work. This was a ground floor room and the window did not lock. The room was in disrepair, cracked tile, the faucet was not connected to the sink. The staff was very rude.

Wallpaper was ripped. Bathtubs had cigarette burns. Room was clean but building had no air condition

Staff was not friendly. When asked for clean towels, sheets or anything else. They will tell you housekeeping will bring it up, but they don’t. Have to ask them several times, and then they will tell you, well you have to bring your sheets and towels to front desk…. Ummm why am I doing hotels job.

The location was good Wasn’t far from where I needed to be

Cons:

It was super hot as you walked in.AC was down in the lobby. No water in the pool. First room was 301 Horrible it was a smoking room. Moved to room 212. So many things dirty and broken. Couldn’t get refunded or discount. And receptionist said they were fully booked Breakfast wasn’t served when they said they’ll have it

Pros:

Air conditioner worked well in the room. That is all that was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was not adequate. Lobby air conditioner did not work everything was in disrepair. No one at the front desk. Do not recommend this place ever. Door lock didn’t and the rooms were not secure from outside.

There was no WiFi, no bathtub like my room said there was & also the tv didn’t work so we had to stay in a quiet room all night.

Dårlig renhold. Hadde booket med 2 queen beds., men fikk kun en seng... kingsize. Det ødla alt. Sovesofaen kunne vi ikke bruke, da den var forferdelig flekkete og fæl. Dette var ikke bra!!

Not the worst, but not again.
Pros:

Smoke detector inoperable in room. Breakfast was no in time. We had to leave and couldn't wait. Room was clean and the actual worked well. Not the worst but needs improvement. Staff was wonderful though.

There is absolutely nothing I enjoyed about my stay

Cons:

It was unclean, the facilities were run down, it didn’t even have a smoke detector in our room, there were band aid, and bottle caps everywhere. It didn’t seem like the place had ever been vacuumed, even the elevator seemed like it would break down just going from one floor to the next

Never ever stay here
Pros:

Nothing smells really bad an no central air conditioner window A/C come on we are Texas with the 110 outside no no needs Toto be vacuum the hallway looks very dirty .

Cons:

Not even they pick up breakfast before the hours they said so we are not available not even drink a coffee we when to talk to the front desk and looks like a ghost town pretty sad
