The smell of the Hotel and my room.

Not enough working electrical outlets.

No cover at the front desk when checking out. Waited for a while . Nobody came. Wished breakfast is earlier so when have to leave earlier for work I could have breakfast too.

And the prices was to high for the quality of the Hotel.

Wasn’t clean. The girl at the front desk wasn’t reloading anything on the breakfast bar. She was more worried about playing on her cell phone.

The place seemed to be under construction, the pool was shutdown, seemed to be a wet floor when I arrived and when I left, the view was of trash on the ground outside my window, the volume did not work on the remote neither did the morning front desk taking selfies of herself while I just stood there as I'm trying to check out. This hotel has hopes.

No breakfast provided, No coffee pot in room, No ice machines, Strike plate on room #225 door was lose and door did not shut without slamming it. I told the front desk. Waited an hour. When I went back to front desk, the guy, "Yeah, Yeah"ed me!!!!!! I fixed it myself. Also on 2nd day, I asked for another roll of toilet paper and never got it. The room did not start with 2 full rolls. The property was Filthy!!!!!! AND Wifi NEVER connected. Signal didn't even register on my computer.

The entire property was under construction with constant nighttime noise, and it appeared very poorly maintained. The room was missing essentials—no light bulbs, a broken TV, an air conditioner that kept tripping the circuit, no toilet paper, only two towels for four people, and no coffee maker.

The staff was rude and didn’t want to be bothered. We were told we could not check in at 2pm like the app said but their check in time was 3pm. When I produced my confirmation she said they were not obligated to abide by that. The room was nasty, the sofa was stained and smelled of dust. The shower took 30 minutes to reach warm temp, the walls were damaged and cracking. When we ask for fresh towels and face cloths we were told no they had already cleaned our room, so I showed them the dirty towels and they only wanted to give us one saying the other was still clean. The so called continental breakfast consisted of a bowl with literally 3 pieces b of fruit. A waffle iron but no syrup or jelly or butter. No coffee no ice in the entire building. We were told we had 15 minutes after checking in to say we were not pleased with the room and they would cancel the room. No offer of another room just a cancellation then we would need to go thru you to receive a refund. It was a horrible mistake staying there but had no other options considering I had just traveled 12 hours to see my grandson preform his final solo concert before graduation college.

The property was in the middle of repainting the walls. Paint droppings all over the carpet. Ice maker broken. Older hotel. Does need sprucing up. Bedding needs updating it’s very thin.

There were stains all over the room, the couch was disgusting, the bed sheets had stains, the towels were stained with brown spots and the bed cover had white stains on it and only half of the AC unit worked. We paid for the king size suite and were not impressed at all for the price we paid.
