Pros:

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good

Cons:

The room doors didn’t fully close without an extra push and then beeped each time if you forgot to give it push. Annoying Would be better if they closed fully each time on their own

I would recommend and would stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The facilities were very clean and the staff kept the food stocked. The whole building was very clean and the staff was very helpful & prompt with all of our requests.

Pros:

The hotel is nice from a glance but needs some love. The bed was very saggy on the one side where it is open to the room, likely the preferred side for single travellers to sleep on. I would try to sleep in the middle but would slowly slide that way during the night and wake up right on the edge. Not very comfortable. My room had 2 blank spots on the walls where pictures used to be and the drywall anchors still in place - tacky. Something (kitchen sink?) made a clicking and grinding noise all night. The breakfast was very minimal; the scrambled eggs tasted watery and had the consistency of rice (odd). The sausages and hash browns were okay. The breakfast waffle was nice with the strawberry sauce.
