Pros:

Friendly & efficient staff. Room very clean with all amenities. Thank you for birthday wishes and complimentary sparkling wine!

Cons:

Room service meals were cold & 1.5hrs wait. Throw or blanket would be great addition to room.

Próximo ao terminal do wine tram (5 minutos a pé).

Fechamos a hospedagem com meia pensão (incluso jantar). As opções do menu eram excelentes! Comida muito boa!

The most fabulous hotel with wonderful management, they managed through the storm with such strength and professionalism. Made the days before my son's wedding so special. And then there is Lumo, what a beautiful girl, and just shows the hearts of the team. I loved my stay at the Protea Mariott Franschhoek where we booked ten rooms. We will be back
