Ubicación y atención al cliente de 10.
Pros:

En primer lugar quiero felicitaros por la atención al cliente que nos habéis dado, es más, sin ellos mi opinión habría sido bastante diferente. En especial Daniel, quien nos recibió en recepción al llegar, es imposible generar mejor sensación a un cliente, fue atento y amable hasta fuera de sus límites, un grandisimo profesional. También la chica que estaba hoy a la salida, no recuerdo el nombre, pero nos ha tratado de forma impecable también. Es un detalle sobresaliente los geles de baño Rituals, me pareció un punto brutal, y la habitación era muy bonita.

Cons:

Mi problema bastante grave ha sido el colchón de la habitación, hemos pasado una noche horrible, he llegado a dormir un rato en el suelo. Se hunde de una manera exagerada, tiene un colchón fino que está encima de las dos camas de 90 y ambos están totalmente desfasados. No se si seré el primero en decirlo pero se lo digo para que lo tengan en cuenta.

Comfy hitel in the center of Granada
Pros:

A very nice hotel in the hearth of Granada. It was close to everyehere, easy to visit Alhambra and rest of the sightseeing spots. Room was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. There was a lot of space. I really enjoyed talking to hotel staff, they were nice and helpful, fluent in English. The rooftop terace is the top!

There was nothing to dislike, eveeything was spot on :)

Super verblijf!
Pros:

Het is een leuk hotel, niet doorsnee en alles is goed geregeld. Heerlijke douchegel, handzeep en bodylotion!
Het personeel is supervriendelijk, spontaan en behulpzaam. Zij zullen alles doen om het verblijf zo comfortabel als mogelijk te maken. We hadden de 3 persoonskamer en die heeft een bovenverdieping, een soort entresol. Omdat er een lampje kapot was kregen we een gratis ontbijt. Dit vonden we nogal een grote compensatie, dus geweldig.
In de stad kun je nergens met de auto komen, maar voor de deur stopt een bus die je overal brengt, bijvoorbeeld naar het Alhambra, voor maar €1,60.
Vanuit het hotel loop je de stad in naar alle winkels en restaurants.

Cons:

Niets viel tegen. Twee aandachtspuntjes:
Met zijn drieën waren er maar handdoeken voor 2 personen. Op de kamer was maar 1 zakje voor gewone koffie en 1 voor decaf.
Handig voor gasten om te weten is dat de parkeergarage erg klein is. Je komt erin door een autolift. Wij hebben een Dacia Bigster Extreme en hiermee konden we niet zonder risico de garage inkomen (hij pastte precies in de lift, waardoor de draai de garage in niet mogelijk was). Hierdoor moesten we parkeren in een nabijgelegen garage. Geen probleem aangezien we alles lopend en met de bus konden doen. Prijs was vergelijkbaar met parkeren bij het hotel.

The place to stay

No, no, no. Although everyone is free to share their experiences in the comments here, we (experienced travelers) could only laugh at some of the negative comments posted.
Anyone looking for a clean and professionally managed hotel with an excellent price/performance ratio will find the right place here.
The rooms are individually decorated, and you can clearly see the touch of a professional from the hospitality industry who places themselves in the travelers' shoes to bring every conceivable comfort to their guests.
This is not just a "place to sleep" but a thoughtfully designed concept with heart, which is especially reflected in the friendliness of the staff.
We had initially booked for just one night, but due to the great location and outstanding breakfast, we decided to stay an additional night.
The only "minor downside" was that we couldn’t stay longer.
A small note:
My comment is made under my real identity and not as a hateful remark with a ridiculous pseudonym, false fact and bottomless accusations.

Perfect stay with excellent service and a very welcoming atmosphere
Pros:

The place was super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great location that made it easy to explore the area. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special shout out to Maya, Ángel, and Helena for their amazing hospitality and for making my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and happily stay here again.
