Un hôtel comme une maison de famille
Pros:

Cet hôtel est presqu'une maison de famille : tout le personnel est souriant et sympa avec vous, de l'accueil au petit-déjeuner.
Idéalement situé au pied de l'Alhambra, vous bénéficiez d'un quartier calme tout en étant à deux minutes du quartier commerçant et de la cathédrale, autre centre d'intérêt touristique.
Et les multiples terrasses de l'hôtel sont appréciables, quand les 47° ne sont pas de rigueur...

Staff veramente disponibile e gentile. Stanze belle e particolari. Non molto grandi. Posizione centralissima. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

La camera aveva la finestra su un cavedio chiuso quindi l'aria non si cambiava e inoltre arrivavano gli odori di cibo. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle aufkommenden Probleme umgehend zu lösen. Obwohl das Zimmer abgenutzt war, wurde es täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt. Es gibt einen Wasserspender und eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse, die während meines Aufenthalts jedoch sehr ungepflegt war. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, die Wände so dünn, dass man die ganze Nacht den Aufzug sowie die Nachbarn hört. Es gibt glutenfreies Brott beim Frühstück, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist dafür jedoch nicht gut.
