La propriété est propre et spacieuse

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une suite suite aux préconisations de l’équipe, souhaitant 2 couchages séparés. L’annonce annonçait alors 2 chambres, une première chambre avec un lit double, et un salon avec un canapé lit.
Or, le canapé lit est bien un canapé, mais tout sauf un lit. C’est une extension du canapé, pas de matelas, pas de couette, pas de drap. Il est extrêmement dur. Il est impossible d’y dormir correctement. Ne prenez pas cette chambre si vous comptez y dormir.

It served its purpose to stay close to the Lipizzaner Stud Farm, otherwise wouldn't have stayed.
Pros:

We only stayed there as we were going to Lipizzaner Stud and this Hotel was right there.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The property looked very run down, particularly outside.
The view from the balcony was of a large concrete flat roof of some sort of old concrete structure right beside us but in the distance was a golf course. It appeared there must have some time ago been a Casino connected to the Hotel but it appeared to have been closed quite some time ago.

Hotel u koňské farmy
Pros:

Ubytování je v areálu koňské farmy Lipica. Dá se procházet okolo ohrad. Na pozemku jsou staleté stromy. A můžete zahlédnout pasoucí se koně. Je tam krásná příroda. Hotel je čistý ve skandinávském stylu, personál milý. Dobré snídaně. Postel měla kvalitní matraci. Pokoje byly čisté. Po zavření balkonu byl pokoj tichý.

Cons:

Hned vedle hotelu je casino. Sprcha i WC NA POKOJI 511 měly dveře bez klasických klik přivřela jsem si tam nehet i prst. Dveře se samy nedovíraly po odchodu z pokoje museli jsme je pribouchàvat a kontrolovat. Nahlásila jsem to pak na recepci. Může dojít po odchodu z pokoje ke vstupu cizí osoby pokud si toho host ihned nevšimne ze dveře se nedovřely. V pokoji sprcha neměla odvětrávání. Musela se zapínat klimatizace naplno aby se v pokoji nedržela vlhkost. Na pokoji je mnoho podivných světel bez stínítka jen žárovky nad posteli bouchala jsem se o to do hlavy svítili mi to do očí. Každá se vypíná zvlášť porad jsem musela vstavat. Mezi matracemi je mezera kde jsme pořád zapadavala. Na pokoji je tma a byl tam od počátku. komár kterého se nám ani za týden nepodařilo chytit. Balkony mají podlahy po kterých hrkají židle kdykoliv se tam kterýkoliv host pohne.

Pros:

Tolle Lage um das Gestüt Lipica zu besuchen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unsere Suite schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Cons:

Es könnten mehr Lampen im Zimmer sein und ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon.
