Pros:

Location, room was clean, smelled clean also.

Cons:

Pillow and mattress were not comfortable. No counter space in bathroom. Breakfast is very minimal, eggs were cold.

Not the best, Not the worst
Pros:

Convenience to Beach and shops. Nice pool & hot tub.

Cons:

Breakfast is the same every day. Not much variety. After the 1st week they ran out of butter and they don't offer much fruit or bagels. Beds uncomfortable. People working and making noise in rooms late at night. Rooms are kept clean but hallways and other areas need work.

Not what we expected
Pros:

This facility shows wear in the furniture and the building. Breakfast was poor quality with many items not available. Staff was inattentive to cleanliness and quantity of items. The building was noisy and rooms were small.

Excellent Location!
Pros:

Excellent location! Just a block and-a-half from two of the best public beach access points, next to a dollar store for just about everything you may need, close to the police station and right on the main boulevard.
Rooms had everything you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safety box, blowdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron and ironing board).
It will depend on when you travel, but we traveled in December and the value was excellent. Room upgrade offer is absolutely worth it.
Cleaning staff did a great job with our room, every time we requested service.
Breakfast is OK. Could be great, if they added hash browns, blueberries and better quality bakery items. One thing to highlight, is that they offer 24-hour coffee, tea, hot water and water at their breakfast station, that is absolutely great, helpful and we were very grateful for it.
We will definitely stay there again!
