Jamás volveré a ese hotel, y evitaré hospedarme en hoteles de esa cadena en otros lugares.
Pros:

Fue fácil llegar, desafortunadamente.

Cons:

El desayuno digno de ser olvidado.
Con excepción de un joven latino que fue muy amable, el resto del personal con pésima actitud, enfocados en sí mismos y molestos si tratabas de preguntar o pedir algo.

Excellent stay, great breakfast, immaculate comfy rooms
Pros:

Everything was immaculate. The room has everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was great too with many options. At night it was quiet enough ( I use earplugs anyways), we both slept well.

Cons:

we got some rain when we checked out and asked at the desk if they had umbrellas for guests and they didn’t. Just had to run a bit to move the car closer to the entrance. Nothing too bad.
