Cons:

Luftkonditioneringen på rum 160 fungerade inte, vilket gjorde att det var extremt varmt och i princip omöjligt att sova. Vi informerade personalen direkt, men fick besked om att ingen tekniker fanns på plats som kunde åtgärda felet.

Dagen efter meddelade personalen att luftkonditioneringen var reparerad, men även efter flera timmar var rummet fortfarande mycket varmt och det gick knappt att vistas där.

Till slut ställde personalen in en portabel luftkonditionering. För att den skulle fungera behövde ett rör ledas ut genom altandörren, vilket innebar att dörren måste stå öppen hela natten. Vi kände oss inte trygga med att sova med altandörren öppen och var därför tvungna att stänga av den portabla luftkonditioneringen för att kunna låsa dörren. Det innebar att vi återigen fick sova i ett mycket varmt rum.

Vi bad också om att få byta rum, men fick besked om att hotellet var fullbokat och att det inte fanns några lediga rum.

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer sauber und als Familie gut geeignet. Restaurant trostlos

Das Zimmer war für Familien wirklich super, es war sauber mit Blick auf den Pool.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Überall waren in den Fluren defekte Schwellen etc. das Restaurant wirklich trostlos, das Frühstück ok aber wir hatten uns mehr davon versprochen. Der Gesamteindruck war eher schlecht aber die Lage war super für eine Durchreise.

In Bar konnte ich in Bar nicht bezahlen, und auch an der Rezeption hieß es Getränk auf Zimmer schreiben geht nicht.

Klimatyzacja nie działała w obiekcie. Nie zostałam o tym poinformowana przy zameldowaniu. Po samodzielniej próbie ustawienia temperatury i kontakcie z obsługą okazało się że klimatyzacja nie działa. Była 1:00 w nocy więc ciężko było się wymeldować u zleźć inny nocleg. Dostałam wentylator, który był bardzo głośny i popsuty (miał urwaną jedną nogę przez co się bujał cały czas). W pokoju było prawie 28 stopni. Dramat

Fine værelser der dog ikke er færdige endnu. Det vil hjælpe en del når Aircondition kommer til rent faktisk at virke. Ha

Personalet var super behagelige og der var generelt rent og pænt.

Cons:

Jeg havde bevidst valgt at der skulle være aircondition på værelserne da vi godt kender temperaturen i Italien. Det var der for den sags skyld også men de virkede ikke og da jeg forklarede det til receptionen sendte de en der op der skruede temperaturen fra 16 grader til 11 grader. Men når anlægget ikke virker er det lidt latterligt at prøve på, særligt da det kendt for personalet da vi talte med flere andre gæster der havde beklager sig over 28-29 graders varme på værelser med aircondition kørende 24/7
