Pros:

Price was really low compared to what is available in the area. Breakfast was included and has lots of options, which was appreciated. Staff is really competent and would return here in the future.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de metro en la linea jubilee que va directamente al centro. Tiene muy cerca varios supermercados y sitios para comer como pizzería y McDonald's. También que te dejan llevar la cena y comer en las mesas del comedor del hotel. Tienen una nevera en recepción para medicación. La atención muy buena por parte de todos los de recepción. La habitación limpia y cambian toallas todos los días. El desayuno bien, no tiene mucha variedad, pero lo que tiene está rico. Tienen croissant y tortitas, tostadas, bacon, salchichas, huevos revueltos, queso, yogur, fruta.. el café es como en otros hoteles de máquinas por lo que no es de mucha calidad. Hay variedad de te. En la habitación hay para hacerte café o té

La habitación un poco estrecha, con el sofá cama abierto casi no queda espacio para pasar hacia el baño. El colchón del sofá cama un poco fino, las niñas durmieron bien, pero para un adulto es algo incómodo. Hay poco espacio donde poner la ropa.

The bed was filthy, blood stains and sweat or urine - see pictures. Even at midnight it took 30 minutes for a new mattress cover to be found at which point I was beyond repulsed and checked out. The faucet had also only been wiped...you can see also in the pictures the streaks prior to my cleaning it.

THEN ALL THEY CAN DO IS APOLOGIZE!!! EVEN WHEN CONTACT IHG DIRECTLY, THE COMMENT WAS THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK, IT HELPS US!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Percy stay for good value
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, very close to Canning town station. The staff were really nice, the breakfast was great, we just didn't like the coffee but it was ok. We saw on some reviews that could be noisy but I didn't really find it. It was perfect, very clean. We travelled with my 2 kids under 2 and it was really good.

Cons:

There was a problem with the cards only to use on the lift but really easy to sort it. Also the coffee it wasn't good.

Pros:

Good location for the O2.

Cons:

Got the impression that the reception staff didn't really want to be there. Staff in breakfast appeared happier thankfully.
Not the best when you arrive and there are filled rubbish bags along the corridors. Initially thought they were still cleaning, but they remained there from our arrival until we left. Not a good look.
