Cons:

Room wasnt ready at check in and we had to wait an extra hour and 15 minutes to get into the room.
Bathroom door didnt close.
Maid knocked on our door 3 times at 9.15am on sunday morning to try and gain access to clean it even though we hadnt checked out yet.
