Good location and great staff.
Pros:

It was a comfortable stay and it was located close to Narita airport. The staff were excellent.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean. I was a bit disappointed to find clumps of cut hair on the tv stand.

Pros:

It was easy to get to because of the courtesy bus - it was such a wonderful arrangement
The food and service was at the restaurant was great as was the service from the reception desk of the hotel

We understand rooms need to be updated so that’s fine as the price we paid was excellent. Looking forward to re try bring when hotel rooms have been upgraded.
