Amazing Convenince and Value at Narita
Pros:

The Hotel is well located at Narita. Shuttle runs promptly, and they use big, comfortable buses. We used it twice after arriving at the airport by train and then for our departure. Both experiences were perfect. We were warmly greeted by Yashurio at the front desk and quickly checked in. Later, we had dinner in the dining room off the lobby, and the food was quite good with a varied selection. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was standard Japanese size - small - but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. There was some new carpeting - furniture was a little shop-worn, but the bed/bedding was comfortable, and the room was clean. The lobby has a large convenience store with everything you could need for traveling. Overall an excellent value and very convenient. Would stay here again if in the area.

Cons:

The hotel is a little outdated in its decor, and as mentioned above, the furniture seems fairly well-worn. However, the property is clean and the staff is awesome, and the hotel has everything you need for an overnight stay transiting through Narita. So that is a minor trade-off for the convenience.

Pros:

I liked the convenience of being able to get to the airport on the 6am shuttle. Also having a konbini in the lobby was very helpful.

Cons:

Would have liked more frequent shuttle buses from the airport from 3pm

Good spot for an overnight stopover between flights.
Pros:

Good location to airport and reasonable price. Enjoyed breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

Bus timetable is limited so if you miss it, it could be an hour wait/get a taxi.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant meal was excellent . A special thanks to John Peralta , Guest Relations Manager. We missed our scheduled Hotel airport bus shuttle in the morning and John arranged to drive us to the airport.

Pros:

Spacious room, many amenities. Bathroom and furniture are a bit old and worn out.

Cons:

Shuttle bus takes a big detour, so it takes quite some time to reach the hotel from the airport.

Praktisches Hotel, komfortabel und günstig.
Pros:

Gute Lage nah am Flughafen, komfortable Betten.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gerade Bäder und Pool. Fugen verfärbt, gefleckt oder nicht vorhanden.
Von den drei Restaurants war leider nur eines (das im EG) offen, das wir aus Zeitknappheit besuchten. Das Essen hier eher mäßig zu regional gesehen ziemlich hohen Preisen.
