It was good value… good sized room and bathroom. Clean with everything in working condition.

15% discount given for meals in the restaurant down in the lobby… good quality food service

Cons:

Generally fine; just looked a little worn… carpet in room looked worn, stringy parts. Nothing a bit of fresh maybe coloured feature wall paint could lighten up a bit… seriously, quite happy… room was clean and good value.

妻が発熱したので、3日間延泊しましたが1泊目より宿泊代が高い。なお、病人への配慮が全くなかった。テレビドラマとまったく違いました。

Rooms not up to expected standard for Crowne Plaza.
Pros:

The linen was very clean and there were plenty of good-sized towels to use. The location is good and the shuttle service to the Narita airport is excellent.

Cons:

The room stank of cigarette smoke - I had to open the window with an outdoor temperature of 4 degrees to get some fresh air in the room. The information pages said that filtered water was conveniently located next to the ice machine because they are not providing bottled water anymore- and there was not an ice machine on our whole floor level 14 - I looked! There was no milk (fresh, long-life or powdered) provided to make a cup of white coffee or tea.

Goede overnachting op een super plek als je de volgende ochtend moet vliegen.
Pros:

Personeel! De ontvangst en de service rondom luchthavenshuttle waren echt perfect.

Cons:

Kamer was zeer verouderd, maar ik betaalde ook een lage prijs voor de verder perfecte faciliteiten in dit hotel.
