Very pleasant one night stay
Pros:

Very nice quiet place, all amenities provided, lots of toiletries, good shuttle to airport, convenient shop on the 1st floor

Cons:

It was a bit cold in the room, I don’t think the heating was working but I didn’t ask

バスの時刻を確認してた時に、私が声をかける前に尋ねてくれたのでとてもホスピタリティを感じました。

Cons:

外国人スタッフの受付でまだ慣れていないようで少し時間がかかりました。しかしながら、最後まで丁寧な対応であまり気になりませんでした。
部屋の設備などが古くなってきたかなあと思いました。

We had such a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The room, facilities and hotel were very clean.
There is a Family Mart inside the hotel that we utilised to grab snacks for back in our room and used the baggage transfer option to our next hotel which was seamless.
The option to have breakfast included was very convenient and the complimentary hotel bus that picked our group of 5 up with large suitcases from the Airport and provided free return transfers to the train terminal at Narita Airport made it very easy for us.

Cons:

We could not find a fault in our experience at the hotel.
