Pros:

Good hotel if you just want a nights sleep. We didn’t fly till 8.30 pm so had a full day and a half to fill in. We did take the shuttle bus to the shopping mall but it was horrendously busy coming back and we had to stand for quite some time. The hotel was very tired.

Cons:

Lack of good coffee shop. No barista coffee. Breakfast was very average

Easy comfortable stay at Narita
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and spacious for Japan. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and made sure we had information necessary for a pleasant, and return, stay.
