Pesimo, Un hotel dirigido por "extras que no trabajan ahi" y no pueden contactar con su manager

el desayuno no estuvo mal, la ubicacion nos vino bastante bien

todo podria haber ido mejor. Cuando llegamos, un domingo a las 2 pm, dia de la madre, con 2 niños pequeños y 4 maletas, no habia ascensor. asi nomas. ¿cuando lo van a arreglar? no se sabe. Suba usted a la habitación en el sexto piso solo sus maletas. no hay nadie que lo ayude, nadie de gerencia duante 4 dias. Pagamos previo de 4 estrellas para obtener servicio de youth hostel, sin faltar el respeto a los youth hostels. un desastre.

Ascenseur en panne, n’a pas fonctionné de tout notre séjour,
On a passé 3 nuits, aucunes bouteilles d’eau fournie, frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas, le système de climatisation ne fonctionne pas.
Personne nous as remis de thé ou de capsules de café en chambre.
Rien d’un 4 étoiles !

chambre qui ne correspond pas du tout à la photo, bien trop petite, obligée de se contorsionner pour rentrer dans la salle de bain, aucun rangement dans la salle de bain. Accueil moyen, on ne m'a pas proposé le petit déjeuner, idem quand le matin je me suis plains de la chambre, la personne parlait à peine français et n'a probablement pas compris ma requête et m'a demandé d'écrire un mail. Décevant, pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et de mercure.

Relax divertimento tanto cibo un bel ricordo da tornarci e usare come appoggio per i parchi e per Parigi

La camera suite tema sea life bellissima anche se è un pó troppo buia
Sembra di essere in nave da crociera c’è tutto
Struttura Accogliente silenziosa pulita staff gentile, la piscina 🥰 l’area esterna bella e silenziosa, il TOP per bambini e ragazzi
Navetta gratuita di 10 min fino alla stazione dove c’è Disneyland

Gli spogliatoi in piscina sono del 1900, freddo quando si esce dagli spogliatoi, sala giochi bella ma…carisssssssima infatti è praticamente vuota.

très bon sejour

confort de la chambre, bouilloire, horaire

Cons:

l'accueil un peu "leger", une proposition de boisson aurait été appréciable. et la possibilité d'avoir des factures séparées car nous étions 3.
