Gute allgemeine Gestaltung, schön großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm, sehr guter Parkplatz, nettes Personal

Cons:

Kopfkissen etwas zu hart, aber das ist Geschmacksache und nur eine Decke für das 2er-Beistellbett, was für Kinder von 8 und 11 nicht optimal ist.

Publicidade enganosa. Hotel sem elevador!
Pros:

Do pequeno almoço e da simpatia da funcionária que nos recebeu e ofereceu o pequeno almoço devido à gravidade da falta de informação ou informação enganosa prestada pelo hotel.

Cons:

Chegámos ao hotel já pelas 18:00, já com check in, feito on-line e somos confrontados com o facto do hotel não ter o elevador a funcionar! Deram-nos um quarto no 7ª andar para subir e descer por escadas em espiral! Estava a ver quando é que caia das tonturas que provocou! Sem falar que os degraus eram estreitos! As malas foram carregadas por um funcionário pelas mesmas escadas. O elevador só vai estar pronto dia 11/09/2026!
Não deviam ter cobrado a totalidade da estadia e/ou o estacionamento do carro! Felizmente só ficámos uma noite!

Cons:

We received an email after booking that the elevator was under repair. We replied that we are seniors and couldn’t climb stairs door to our health condition. A staff member carried 2 out of 3 suitcases to the room but we had to climb the stairs every day. The elevator crew were drilling into the adjacent concrete walls during the afternoon of our second day that interrupted our recovery from a 30 hour journey. I complained but was told it would continue to 6pm as the local ordinance allowed it!

Odalar küçük dar fotoğraftaki modernlikden uzak ve pisdi.kahve makinesi arızalı idi hiç kullanamadık resepsiyondaki görevliye söylediğimizde kahve makinesini değiştirmedi bn anlamam dedi aşağı inip kahve içebilir dedi.berbat bir söylemi vardı.asansör son dakika arızalandı otel boyunca kullanamadık. Bavullar için hiç kimse bize yardımcı olmadı.Oysa ki mesaj atmışlardı yardımcı olacaklardı kimse ilgilenmedi.Otel kahvaltısı inanılmaz kötüydü hiçbir çeşit yoktu her gün sabah resmen aç kaldık.asansör yerine her gün merdiven kullandık. Otel odası dolabı çok dardı odaya sığamadık kullanışsız ve bakımsız bir odaydı. Verdiğimiz paranın karşılığını alamadık resimlerde göründüğünden çok farklı ucuz 3 yıldızlı bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum şiddetle kınıyorum !!!!!

Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay, but we decided to leave before completing our second day. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor with no elevator, despite traveling with young children. Climbing five flights of stairs several times a day with young children was extremely inconvenient. This information should be clearly be disclosed before guests book their stay.
