Borgo Hotel Le Terre del Verde

L'hotel è fallito! E' chiuso da febbraio di quest'anno. Ho corso il rischio di dormire in auto. Mi ha salvato la gentilezza del titolare del ristorante in cui ho cenato.
E' già la seconda volta che capita questo problema: esiste un'altra recensione con lo stesso problema. Una compagnia come la vostra non può commettere questi errori.
Meritereste una richiesta di danni.

Ampio parcheggio, camere molto belle e ben riscaldate. I sanitari del bagno seppur molto belli sono poco pratici con le manopole per l'acqua calda e fredda ed anche la chiusura della vasca non è pratica per poter fare la doccia. Il personale all'arrivo è stato troppo sbrigativo e non mi ha detto che la colazione era in una struttura adiacente e scoprendolo troppo tardi alla partenza ho dovuto rinunciarci. Per il resto ottimo hotel.

Il posto è magnifico immerso nel verde col sottofondo del cinguettio degli uccellini e col mormorio sommesso dei due ruscelletti che circondano il resort e paiono offrirti un amorevole abbraccio di buongiorno, delle belle passeggiate nel bosco fiancheggiando il ruscello oppure in alternativa incontrare la civiltà contadina nei suoi aspetti peculiari, assolutamente da visitare la chiesetta una vera chicca il tutto racchiuso all'interno della struttura stessa. A pochi chilometri si incontra l'arte e la spiritualità di Assisi, il meraviglioso Spello con i suoi vicoli e balconi incredibilmente fioriti e vicinissima Gualdo Tadino dove nella chiesa di San Francesco è stata allestita una mostra con dipinti di Antonio Ligabue e di Pietro Lizzardi che col museo dell'emigrazione suscitano profonde emozioni. Siamo ritornati rilassati e molto più ricchi di quando siamo partiti.

We booked this hotel because it is centrally located in Umbria. It is quite remote and we did quite a bit of driving to get places.

The hotel consists of several buildings in a country setting. Hotel is in a valley which is beautiful but does mean that the hours of sunshine are reduced (steep hills surround).

Onsite restaurant is pretty good: good, local foods and attentive service.

Very clean. Decoration was fresh. Everything worked and was in great condition. Decor best described as "Spartan". For example, most of the walls were completely bare and painted beige.

I think we were the only people staying in this small resort, which was quite eerie. We saw no-one at breakfast and a few other people at dinner.

All in all a pleasant stay - but we could have done with a little less solitude?

Very large two bedroom apartment. The apartment was nice and clean. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. We checked in late and were unaware that the WiFi has to be setup upon request, so we were without WiFi. It was ok though, as they were really busy at check-in. Just make sure to ask to have it setup if staying in an apartment. Customer service was fantastic.

Nice hotel but remote. Staff ok but answer phone instead of serving person in front of them. Too much plastic everywhere- sunbeds, drinking glasses. Too much loud music- esp at pool when u want to be immersed in nature- and breakfast. Expensive.

siamo rimasti delusi,la struttura è bellissima ma la gestione ha parecchie lacune,le camere non hanno l'aria condizionata,si dorme con le finestra aperte e prima delle sei vieni svegliata perché vengono a ritirare la biancheria sporca al magazzino sotto la camera,falciano l'erba alle tre del pomeriggio,magari qualcuno avrebbe voglia di un po'di silenzio,visto il posto,le sdraio in piscine sono sporche e qualcuna è rotta,un pomeriggio abbiamo chiesto della frutta ma non era possibile dato che il ristorante era chiuso! cosa positiva il ristorante,ottimo in tutto,ma da come abbiamo capito fa parte di un altra gestione.

Excelente, por su comodidad, atencion del personal. Estuvimos cenando en su restaurante estupendamente y sus tratamientos de belleza cumplen perfectamente.

An der Rezeption sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sehr sauber. Für längeren Aufenthalt etwas zu kleiner Kleiderkasten. Frühstück gut. Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen.

Koselig hotell som ligger avsides till. Tennis- og fotballbaner og store rekreasjonsområder. Bra frukostrestaurant med god mat og hyggelig personal. I middagsrestauranten følte vi oss dessverre ikke like velkomne. Vi kom hit etter et par dager i Roma for at barna skulle få bade, som et stopp på vei nordover. Badebassenget var stengt for sesongen og vi hadde ikke internett på rommet.

bello ed immerso nel verde e nella campagna. Quindi, isolato da un centro abitato, raggiungibile solo in auto. Il ristorante buono e ricercato, ma decisamente caro.
Personale gentile e disponibile.

かなり田舎にありますので、車でないと行けません。敷地は広大であり、部屋も広いので家族連れには良いと思います。エステやスパがあり、設備も整っています。夏は屋外プールや釣り堀などが楽しめるようで子供も喜ぶと思います。朝食の卵とベーコン、ヨーグルトは美味です。

Bel hôtel de campagne, très isolé dans un cadre forestier. Impossible d'y séjourner sans voiture. Pour trouver un bon restaurant, il faut faire 9km Attention: à mon arrivée, l'on m'a attribué une chambre MINUSCULE (8m²) et basique, tout juste bonne pour un enfant et indigne d'un 4 étoiles. Heureusement, ma reservation stipulait autre chose et l'on m'a transféré dans une "vraie" chambre de charme, avec belle salle de bains: ce procédé n'est pas très honnête mais la réceptionniste, gentille mais pas très futée m'a confié qu'ils donnaient d'abord les moins belles chambres et qu'ils conservaient les autres pour les clients de dernière minute, au plein tarif...! A méditer!

Tutto molto buono, peccato che in una matrimoniale si usino due materassi singoli affiancati in un letto matrimoniale. Il resto è tutto di alto livello

E' LA SECONDA VOLTA CHE VADO AL BORGO HOTEL LE TERRE DEL VERDE, LA PRIMA SU CONSIGLIO DI AMICI LA SECONDA PER SCELTA DOPO UNA POSITIVA SCOPERTA DELLA PRIMA. lOCATION INCANTEVOLE, STRUTTURA IMMERSA NEL VERDE, PULIZIA OTTIMA E CORTESIA AL TOP. COSA CHIEDERE DI PIU?

We did not know what we were getting until we got there-- rooms in a restored stone granary that is part of a thousand-year-old abbey in a river valley high in the hills between Umbria and the Marche. We just booked there because it was on our route from Cortona to Castelfidardo. This place sits on 500 hectares of land, with hiking tails, a sort of spa, a restaurant, and other amenities we did not have time to try. Plus, it is a model organic farm, raising traditional breeds of cattle and pigs, making farmstead cheese, etc. We paid a very reasonable room rate (through Hotels.com) for luxury accommodations.

This is excellent, very-well run hotel in a delightful rural area with a large, attractive swimmingpool and attentive staff.
While the staff were generally very attentive and helpful, we were rather taken aback on arrival by a receptionist who told us that there was no dinner being served by the hotel that night, which on visiting the dining room we discovered to be untrue. As the hotel was some distance from Gualdo, the nearest town, this would have been a drawback for us. We later wondered if this misleading statement had anything to do with the helpful hotel feature of translating the dinner menus for foreigners - we may have been the only English speakers there at the time. An extra chore for the receptionist?
Foodwise, the main courses and desserts at dinner were very good but the pasta dishes were rather bland. The breakfasts were very good except for the disappointing quality of the fruit juices.
