Pros:

It has a wonderful swimming pool.

Cons:

The corridors are narrow and hard to navigate. We had to take two elevators and transport our luggage over stairs to get to our rooms.

It was a fantastic stay, and the hospitality and views made it truly memorable!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it!
A special thanks to Matthew (Matteo) at the front desk. He was incredibly welcoming, highly knowledgeable, patient, and cooperative throughout our stay.
The bar and restaurant terrace offers absolutely amazing views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. It is the perfect spot to relax.
The location is excellent. The hotel's back door opens directly onto nearby restaurants and shops. They provide a free shuttle bus to Sorrento almost every hour. If you miss it, a convenient city bus stops right in front of the hotel for just €1.50. Having private parking on-site was also a huge plus.

Cons:

The rooms were very clean, though the housekeeping team could use slightly less Clorox/chemicals as the scent was quite strong. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof. We could easily hear people talking in neighboring rooms, doors locking, guests walking down the corridor, and furniture moving, which made it noisy at times.

Posizione splendida e panoramica vale la permanenza solo quella. La struttura ha un suo fascino particolare anche nelle zone comuni che invogliano a godere della bellezza e tranquillità della struttura. Storia e natura si fondono in una struttura unica nel suo genere.

Cons:

Anche se capisco che la struttura e storica e quindi difficile da ammodernare tecnologicamente, cercherei di fare uno sforzo in materia. Per il resto null'altro.

We travel extensively and stay in many hotels worldwide, but our stay at Hotel laccarino was hands-down one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The staff is exceptionally kind, genuine, and welcoming.
A very special thank you to the beautiful Marta, who made our vacation truly amazing and unforgettable! She upgraded us to a gorgeous, spacious room with an incredible view and was so thoughtful and helpful throughout our entire stay. I truly cannot thank her enough.
Beyond the stellar service, what truly set this hotel apart was their integrity and care. During our stay, I lost my diamond wedding ring—a moment that absolutely broke my heart. The team at Hotel laccarino found it and returned it to me!
That level of honesty and attentiveness is priceless. The hotel features fantastic amenities, including nightly live music on the stunning terrace. While it is located up on the hill, their shuttle service made getting around seamless and effortless. Plus, the surrounding area is wonderful-just behind the hotel, you'll find a lovely church, convenient local grocery stores, and delicious local restaurants like Mimi's and Ristorante Garden.
This is a vacation we will cherish forever.

Esperienza davvero molto positiva. L’hotel ci ha riservato una piacevolissima sorpresa assegnandoci una camera con terrazza e vista mare, anche se non era prevista nella nostra prenotazione.

Bellissima anche l’esperienza della cena in terrazza: piatti davvero ottimi, un’atmosfera suggestiva e soprattutto una vista sul Golfo che non ha pari, capace di rendere la serata ancora più speciale.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche la disponibilità del personale il giorno della partenza: nonostante avessimo già effettuato il check-out, abbiamo potuto continuare a utilizzare la piscina e ci è stata messa a disposizione una camera di cortesia per fare la doccia, rinfrescarci e cambiarci prima di partire.

Sono queste attenzioni a fare la differenza e a rendere un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ospitalità, servizio e location eccellenti. Assolutamente consigliato!

Loved everything about the hotel just amazing.
Pros:
