Pros:

Хорошее расположение, красивый дизайн отеля. Отличные завтраки. Нет шума. Много рядом магазинов и кафе, ресторанов где можно покушать. Хорошая транспортная доступность. Рядом канал где много людей отдыхает.

Cons:

Отсутствует утюг в номере, маленький размер номера. Отсутствует холодильник. Нет сейфа. Нет воды в бутылках

Die Begrüßung selbst war schon nicht besonders gut, nach einem Hallo wurde uns gleich gesagt, dass wir lieber nicht über Booking buchen sollten und das keinen Sinn macht. Entsprechend pampig war der Mitarbeiter. Auf die Frage warum es nur zwei Einzelbetten sind und nicht wie gewünscht ein Doppelbett wurde genauso pampig reagiert! Wir hatten eher das Gefühl aufgrund der Booking Buchung schlechter behandelt worden zu sein. Das Zimmer war dreckig (Fotos können gern gesendet werden) und für den Preis auf keinen Fall irgendwie angemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig die Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Viele der Tassen und Teller sind dreckig so dass zum Teil Aludeckel von Joghurtbecher noch auf der Unterseite klebten. Auch das Besteck haben wir mehrmals liegen gelassen weil immer wieder Essensreste oder Flecken darauf zu finden waren. Die Tische werden nicht ordentlich gereinigt – im Gegenteil wird Desinfektionsmittel auf den Tisch gesprüht und landet zwangsläufig auch auf dem Nachbartisch der schon gedeckt ist. Sowas geht gar nicht. Normalerweise darf Reinigungsmittel nur auf einen Lappen aufgesprüht und dann auf dem Tisch aufgetragen werden.
Wer sich fühlen möchte wie in einem Jugendherberge Hotel, der ist hier genau richtig.
Den Aufenthalt zu unserem Jahrestag hatten wir uns gänzlich anders vorgestellt

Nice hotel by a canal
Pros:

Good sized room with comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast included. Excellent location with views over a canal and lots of restaurants and bars nearby - it was quite lively on the Friday evening! Easy access to all the sights via the metro
