Décevant mais très bon emplacement.
Pros:

Personnel sympathique, l’emplacement est parfait. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Musique trop forte dans le hall, pas de climatisation et pour remplacer, ils ont mis 2 ventilateurs hyper bruyants. La salle de bains s’inonde rapidement à cause du joint sous la paroi de douche inexistant. Le savon pour les mains était dans la douche et le gel douche au-dessus du lavabo!!!! Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner!

Terrible Experience
Pros:

I book through Booking.com
When i reached Paris, it was 40 degrees temperature on 4th August.
I travelled with my family and checked into the hotel. At reception i was advised that the AC system has been broken and they can provide me fans (if I want).
I was never given any information for the AC not working during the time I was making the booking. A prompt notification must be given to me at that time.
The hotel management who was not very cooperative also told me that if i need to cancel the booking then there will be no refund despite the fact they knew that the conditions were extremely hot and unbearable specially for the younger children.
With no choice whatsoever, I checked into the room. I asked them to provide me with the room amenities which were advertised (including water) and the reception staff bluntly told me that they have ran out of the amenities and will be provided to me next morning.
I stayed in the hotel between 3 pm until 6 pm and the situation of the room became beyond tolerance. My young daughter aged 4 years vomited and became dehydrated.
I also requested a COT and the request was approved before I travelled, however I was told that the COT beds are not available.
This was when I went into the friend’s house for the night. In the morning I came back and took my luggage and re-book to IBIS hotel and shifted there.

There were no AC in the hotel,when I asked for a knife and forks a receptionist had a bad attitude (said something bad). I saw a coackroach on the roof of my room aswell.

Horrible
Pros:

The rooms were very dirty. The parking was terrible and outside there was drug addicts and pickpockets so you have to be very careful with your children.

Cons:

There was nothing to like everything what they explained on the advertising seem to be wrong and very misleading

Les voitures vandalisées dans la nuit, nous avons tout entendu et nos enfants ont eu très peur, ils ne voulaient plus sortir de l’hôtel. Cela les a beaucoup marqué.

Hotel next to La Villette.
Pros:

The hotel is well-located, just a one-minute walk from the metro station. The rooms and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast is acceptable. Unfortunately, the building's air conditioning was not working. Nevertheless, it offers good value for money.

Personeel was vreselijk onbeleefd en onaardig. In het hele hotel was de airco kapot het was niet te doen. Daarbij zijn de kamers oud en vervallen met name de badkamer, erg jammer.
