Awful for Celiacs
Pros:

My partner booked this for family get away and being advertised as a gluten free and safe for Celiacs we took the plunge .
I am a celiac and all I can say is please don't bother the buffet isn't for us.Yet on arrival into the buffet restaurant I was shown what I could have from there .
Little did we know they gluten free food is prepared in a separate kitchen and I could of had anything I wanted prepared with notice to the kitchen .
We was only told this on day 4 of a week's holiday I was so ill prior to this .my partner met with management and expressed her disgust at the lack of information for Celiacs and it ruined the holiday me being ill.
We have raised concerns since with the hotel and Gabriel also and have not had any reply at all .A lovely hotel but if your a celiac please don't take the chance and make the mistake we did because of there lack of knowledge yet they are accredited by the Spanish Celiacs society .
Lovely Area just don't bother with hotel unless you self cater .

Good hotel for Cala Millor base
Pros:

Location - good for getting to the beach, shops nearby and everywhere is pretty flat. Bars not too far a walk, but its not on the main front, so can be a little dark at times walking back.
Atmosphere - hotel is medium size and the entertainment team are great fun - we watched some shows (acrobats) and took part in the quiz - although wine as a 'prize' when you are all inclusive is a bit odd!
Drinks and Food - repetitive but fine - we had cocktails (Love on the Beach and Pina coladas) but each evening would go out to the local bars where the drinks were a lot stronger! Polite bar staff though and never had to wait long
Food - chips, paella, some good gluten free choices (my friend was catered for on this part esp at breakfast) lasagne, cakes etc - pretty basic - i had a fresh omelette every day and loved these. The cutest robots are in the restaurant taking the dirty crocs to the kitchen !!!
Rooms - we had a superior twin - this was fine, had a minor sea view and over looked some allotments and a large open land - its not very pretty views, but its not bad!
Value - its pretty reasonable for all inclusive - we were out of season going in October and it was fine
Cleanliness - no issues the cleaners cleaned every day - there were a lot of flies around the pool, but this was annoying but nature, not the hotels fault!
Hotel decor - very tired in places - our rooms needed a new coat of paint as did some of the communal area with some updating needed (locks on reception location toilet doors were loose, cracks in paintwork in the lounges etc).
Wouldn't return as prefer a little more sparkle on my holidays - but for the price we paid it was fine and I love Cala Millor as a resort.

Improvement needed
Pros:

The hotel is a couple of streets back from the seafront so views are very limited. Our room was small and in need of a complete renovation; front door paint peeling off and door frame splintered. Shower worked well but Shower tray thin , flexible and very slippery and water leaked out over the bathroom floor. Wardrobe doors had to be repaired before we could unpack. Bedroom furniture extremely distressed and consisted of bedside tables,a desk and one basic chair. Small balcony and if you slide the sliding door closed behind you there is no handle on the outside to open it again.
Food was varied, of only acceptable quality and reasonably plentiful but only ever warm at best.
All inclusive drinks were fine and bar staff provided good service.
Plenty of sunbeds and decent main pool but tiled walls of pool need cleaning.
Entertainment and fun games generally well organised by enthusiastic staff.
Tennis court playable. Too many smokers outside for our liking.
Spa facilities and indoor pool good.

The general atmosphere of the hotel was good and staff mostly helpful and friendly but the bedrooms and the food must be improved if it is to get anywhere near 4 star quality.

Lovely hotel, but the food let's it down
Pros:

The hotel is ok and in a good location, everything is fine except the food,, if your British don't come half/full board,, I can only assume the food is aimed at other European customers,, for me the food is dreadful,, I'm writing this while staying in this hotel, we've paid for half board and gave it a chance but after four evenings of what can only be described as "a bushtucker challenge" we've got no option but to eat out,, I'm not a fussy eater but what is on offer is disgusting,, go to Cala bona, just up the road, lovely restaurants offering edible food,,

Brilliant 8 day 46th Wedding Anniversary holiday.
Pros:

A brilliant 8 day 46th Wedding Anniversary celebration in Cala Millor Garden Hotel with EasyJet Holidays.
(Would have been 5 star but the room needed some attention , which will be done soon, as closing for a complete refurb over the winter)
Everything was as we’d hoped - from the room being ready on arrival, with a great welcome from excellent staff both on arrival & throughout our stay, An Anniversary surprise in the room, a reserved outside table on our Anniversary itself #thanksgloria . Lovely food with a great choice including themed evenings. Super animation team with plenty of variety & excellent visiting evening acts. Paella & cocktail making , local food showcase , all part of the activities.
Special mention must go to Gloria - Ambassador Experience who went above & beyond.
Felip & his food & drink team. Room cleaners , Gardeners , Lifeguards et al.
We will look for Garden Hotels elsewhere in the future.
We wish you continued success in 2026 after the refurb.

Amazing hotel and staff. Get it booked!
Pros:

Im actually still at the hotel, its Wednesday evening and I leave early friday morning, but ive enjoyed myself so much I feel compelled to write my review now. As a solo traveller sometimes you can feel a little like a spare part, and hotel staff often overlook you for couples or groups, that is not the case here, the staff are absolutely brilliant and treat everyone very well. They are very hard working and attentive, nothing is too much trouble for them and they deliver this great service with a smile. From the entertainment team, the bar staff and waiters, the reception team, the cooks n chefs and the cleaners. The staff really do set the tone and it makes for a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. The room im in is on the 5th floor, room 1508... it is pretty small and a little basic, but it is spotless, has a nice bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Plenty of wardrobe space, a 32inch TV with mostly foreign channels but has 5 English channels, but im not here to watch TV so not bothered. Nice little balcony overlooking the entertainment area and pools with a bit of a sea view, the bed is VERY Comfortable indeed. Overall its a nice room with everything I need... the only thing id say could be improved is the air con, its not that strong, slightly cool, I'd like it colder. The restaurant and food - soms strange dishes, but always plenty to choose from even for fussy eaters like me. They do theme nights which changes it up a little. Ive enjoyed the food. The waiters work hard and keep bringing you drinks when they see you need one. They have lots of really nice deserts. Breakfast could be better - the bacon isnt bacon and the sausages are like hot dogs, us British need proper sausages fir breakfast. They do make lovely omelette to order which only takes a couple of minutes, they are real nice and worth the wait. The drink options are very good with some nice cocktails. The pool area is really nice and surrounded by lovely gardens that are well kept. There's plenty of options to join in in entertainment if you dont want to just relax, Aly is brilliant at his job. There's one thing I dislike and that is for none smokers like me its hard to escape to where people are not smoking, there needs to be areas for smoking and none smoking. That said, ive enjoyed myself so much I WILL be returning next year, im going to book again when I get home. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday experience. I really appreciate all your hard work.

Fabulous staffed laid back hotel
Pros:

My wife and I spent 10 nights at this hotel which turned out to be one of the best holidays ever in spite of reading some very upsetting recent reviews and a horrendous outward journey due to bad storms in Palma causing chaos to all flights in and out.
The hotel is located close to the beach and just a few yards from the main shopping street but in a quiet position and our corner room overlooked the allotments and open scrubland plus gardens.
The hotel is laid back and spotless with ultra friendly staff in all sectors especially the bars and in particular the spectacularly well run restaurant which was the most efficient we have ever eaten in with staff always happy and a hard working manager.
The food was always hot and well presented if a little limited in choice and the breakfast was excellent,my best meal of the day.
Now for a few niggles.
The room 1306 was very small and the mattresses and pillows too soft for us.The toilet would have benefited from a toilet brush and a shower mat as the shower tray was slippery and unsafe for us elderly visitors.
The grounds are extensive and plenty of sunbeds but we found several needed replacement as torn and uncomfortable.
All in all fabulous hotel would stay again without hesitation.

Exceptional Hotel
Pros:

I have just return from an excellent All Inclusive holiday at this hotel with my friend and from arriving and to leaving we were well looked after by the reception staff. There is no negatives at all with this hotel and my experience was exceptional. I would like to highlight that Ali and Kassie go well beyond making guests welcome and that they certainly made my holiday and that I didn't want my holiday to end. The entertainment is great and the activities during the day like the origami towel making, archery, cooking demos and not to mention cocktail making all great fun and you should get involved. I would like to mention the food is great and they cater for all tastes. I would like to mention the waiting staff who are so friendly and helpful and a special mention to Mario Snr for his assistance and his Spanish lessons much appreciated. I had a room on the ground floor but decided to upgrade with a panoramic view on the 6th floor which was exceptional. I would suggest to ignore the reviews by others and make up your own mind and come and stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to returning next year when renovations will be completed and I will be staying for a much longer holiday which I am sure will be great. Exceptional.

Good hotel with lovely Garden
Pros:

We stayed as a couple for 12 nights at C M Garden hotel. The jewel of this hotel are the gardens. It was so nice to have a sunbed on the grass in the shade of the trees. The sunbeds around the pools got reserved more quickly but there was always sunbeds available in the gardens. Most days were peaceful and quiet with the only loud music being played when aqua fit was on which was fair enough. For some reason loud music was also played during cooking demonstrations which seemed unnecessary. Rooms are not huge but adequate and were kept very clean. Lovely walk in shower. The eating experience was a little noisy made worse by a manually pushed trolly with noisy wheels. The robotic waiters however, were silent and fascinating, we loved watching them. The dining room was spotlessly clean and waiters worked hard clearing tables. Food on the serveries was replenished regularly and almost never ran out. Much better than most hotels. Breakfast had all the essentials. Main meals were ok with a good range of dishes and you won't go hungry. We particularly enjoyed the desserts, although the soups lacked flavour and were watery. Some dishes were not as warm as they should be. The 'A la Carte' is only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and is set up by the pool bar. It made a pleasant change from the buffet. The whole hotel was very clean and gardens and pools well kept. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The drinks on AI were good and included many branded spirits. Bar/ waiter service for drinks was good. Evening entertainment was good and varied. Overall we had a great holiday and would probably return although the only real negative for us is that smoking is tolerated everywhere outside, the pool area, the gardens, the terrace of the pool bar and all of the evening entertainment area. There was NO outside smoke free area at all. We were continually breathing in acrid cigarette smoke. This is something management could easily fix.

Pros:

Pros- Ali on the entertainment team was excellent he made the activities both daytime and evening

Waiters were all amazing friendly and helpful

Rooms yes small but cleaned everyday fresh towels when requested

Food I’m a fussy eater but did find something every day yes it can be a bit repetitive but isn’t every hotel

Close to shops and beach

Cons - food could be cold at times yes there is a microwave but you don’t expect to have to heat food in a 4 star

Smoking awful there should be one allocated area for smokers it is unpleasant having to sit near it whilst watching entertainment or relaxing

A la carte advertises this but there is no a la cart restaurant disappointed

Our get away
Pros:

Hotel was great for the money it says its a 3 star which is probably right . Ideally situated in cala millor . Staff were nice and room was clean . The only negative for me personally was the lack of sun beds by the pool . They have a terrace with tables and chairs which were hardly used in the day and would make sense to place more sun beds here . The hotel is split in blocks with only the one block serving food .
Didnt understand why we coukd t use the other blue sea hotels in the close vicinity . Over all was a great stay and would return .

Beautiful friendly hotel easy walk to beach and shops
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. The staff are so friendly and the hotel is super clean. No rush for sunbeds. We preferred to spend our days in the gardens by the olive trees for shade. The entertainment team Ali and Cassie were really good. The quality of food was very good with plenty of variety and always fresh. The cocktails were very good and freshly made. All bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly.
Gabriella on reception was so helpful. Our room was very spacious and overlooked the stage and gardens. Night time entertainment was really good too. A special mention to the two hardworking staff Kendoo one and two. Will definitely book again.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel
Pros:

This is not a 4-star hotel

Stayed for 5 nights

Positives

Met some fantastic people!

Negatives

Two hour transfer from the airport

Upon check in we were not offered a glass of fizz, however other guests checking in did.

Rooms are outdated- not well maintained - I had a weird plastic cover on my mattress.

Looking out of room onto the grass area - the restaurant roof was covered in which looked like bird droppings.

We had to highlight to the reception staff that our room wasn’t cleaned and had to go looking for the chambermaid for clean towels.

The hotel is surrounded by other hotels and you can hear their entertainment team at the same time as ours - not very relaxing.

Other hotel music playing as-well as ours - again not relaxing

The sun loungers are literally on top of each other - the tables and parasols are outdated and dirty.

The outside bar area is dirty and not once been cleaned since I arrived. Burgers/hot dogs served from 11am -1pm.

Then lunch is from 1pm - 2:30pm - there is nothing else to eat until 18:30pm unless you want some fruit or stale cakes.

The cutlery and plates are not clean in the restaurant.

The all inclusive food is very repetitive and nothing to right home about.

We actually ate out on the last evening - just couldn’t bear going in the restaurant- well school canteen.

The evening entertainment just isn’t for us.

Yon have to pay for extras at the bar - ie smoothies - €6:50 - this is not all inclusive

Smoking was an issue for me - trying to relax or enjoy a drink in the seating area - people heavily smoking - not nice whilst sat there and getting a face full of smoke.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website - go and stay somewhere else.

I would not be returning

Definitely not 4 star. Cheap, dated, budget hotel
Pros:

3 star maximum. Everything done to the very cheapest standard. Cheap, budget all inclusive. Nothing about it makes you feel special. Location is 70 minutes from Palma. Hotel is very dated and tatty apart from reception.

Bedrooms absolutely tiny. We booked double room and its two single beds pushed together. Not even a shared blanket. Beds very low and mattress very uncomfortable.

Food. You will be sick of the repetitive buffet after day 2. It is the same type of thing for lunch and dinner. There are ‘themed nights’ ie Indian but only 1 curry and nothing else Indian. Salad, pasta, pizzas without cheese and meats with a few different desserts. Food is of the absolute cheapest quality, some inedible.

Drinks - all ok and most included in all inclusive. Cocktails pretty good but small selection.

Poolside - plenty of deckchairs. However, if you want a cabana bed, they will charge you 15 euros.

Poolside - Food for all inclusive is 5 basic options and not allowed anything else on menu. Only serves between 11am - 1pm. The salad is a bag of 80p salad, not allowed any sauces or meats with it. Will charge you for an ice cream despite being all inclusive.

Entertainment - one water activity a day, aqua fit/polo/volleyball - all ok and quite fun. One land activity such as throwing bean bags in a hole or air rifle shooting - didn’t try.

Evening entertainment - one show each night lasting one hour only. Mixed - some acts are good but others average to poor.

Sports - there is a pool table but you need to pay 2 euros per game which seems a bit stingy when it’s all inclusive and not many other activities to do.

Fab hotel with great GF options
Pros:

Loved this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in August all inclusive. The rooms were great with super comfy beds. Pool area was really spacious - always loads of sunbeds too and it was nice that you could spread out in the garden sections if you wanted. Entertainment was pitched just right and you were left alone if it's not your thing.

This was my first holiday as a coeliac so I was nervous and chose this hotel because of the reviews about gluten free food. On my first day I was taken around the buffet and met the head chef. They said I could order gf pizza/pasta any time (I didn't as there was plenty to eat). The signage was fantastic and even included traces - it was nice not having to worry about food the whole time. My only issue is that some cocktails come with wheat straws - having a few paper straws on hand would be helpful. Food was really varied with themes and had lots of vegan, veggie, gf options. Loved the range of meat cooked fresh.

We had a really relaxing stay here it was great.

Exceptional entertainment team
Pros:

It’s our last few hours here, and we’ve had a truly wonderful time. The staff have all been incredibly friendly, and the entertainment has been the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel – Ali and Cassie were exceptional. There were always plenty of sun loungers available, and the grounds are immaculate. The location was perfect too, just a few minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Relaxing
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and clean. All staff always seem happy and helpful. Big mention to the life guards. I cut my head in the pool doing a stupid trick I'd seen on YouTube. Life guards gave excellent first aid, cleaning my cut and all the blood, before putting on a plaster. Everyday after they would have a chat and a joke with me asking was I ok. Thanks guys. My daughter who was supposed to be with me on holiday slept on her sun lounger all the time I was receiving first aid.
