Mi è piaciuto molto lo spazio esterno con piscina e l’hotel che era curato nei minimi dettagli.
Lo staff era gentilissimo e molto disponibile e il servizio della navetta gratuita fino a Sorrento è stato molto utile e comodo

Vista stupenda sulle colline di Sorrento
Pros:

Lo staff si prodiga per ogni richiesta con gentilezza e pazienza. Dal personale alla reception ai servizi di piano tutti impeccabili.

Cons:

Hotel un pó troppo distante (la navetta impiega mezz'ora ad arrivare al centro di Sorrento, non venti minuti come descritto. C'é un servizio di ristorazione/snack bar nell'hotel ma per cenare bisogna andare fuori nelle vicinanze mentre dal sito sembrava che il ristorante fosse in Hotel. Il letto a castello era senza spondina. Problemi con frigo e phon prontamente risolti dal personale gentilissimo.

La navetta per andare a Sorrento,la vista della stanza ,la pulizia ,la Gentilezza del personale che ti accoglie con un sorriso

Un quattro stelle deve avere una colazione migliore , ( non puoi già alle 830 non avere più la parte dolce per he è finita e tardare a rimetterla mentre gli ospiti sono a fare colazione Senza poterne usufruire, ci vuole più reattività)come anche chiedere cinque euro a notte x parcheggiare l auto per un hotel che non ha possibilità di parcheggio sulla strada è una cosa che non ha senso per un hotel che si trova nelle colline di Sorrento e che di certo non guadagna sul parcheggio a 5 euro)

Si regreso a Sorrento lo volvería a elegir
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y estamos felices de haber regresado.
Si bien se encuentra un poco alejado de la ciudad, cuentan con un servicio de traslados en diferentes horarios al centro lo cual facilita mucho al no tener que utilizar el auto en la zonas del centro.
Todo el personal es excepcional! Siempre fuimos muy bien atendidos.
El desayuno muy rico y completo
El Hotel cuenta con una linda piscina y una vista HERMOSA!
Sin dudas lo recomiendo.

Amazing
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the views are superior but the staff at the hotel was amazing and made it feel upscale but yet like family, Angela, Italia, Assunta, Thomas were all amazing. We were very sad to leave because everyone was so pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and the service at the bar was superb.
