We had booked this hotel on our way to bilbao as it wad between where we landed and where we needed to go. For what was required of our trip it was fantastic.
Very convenient hotel to visit Zaragoza .
Nice breakfast .
It’s near the airport a bit far from the center .
Clean
Beautiful Hotel with free parking and good service. Will definitely come bavk!@
Room was nicely done and bed was comfortable.
First of all, the good points. The hotel is situated next to a very nice lake that has ducks, and the scenery is beautiful, although you may not see it from your hotel room window. Also, it's reasonably priced, and the rooms are clean.
As for the bad points, I think one issue is that the hotel lobby was not very clean, and another issue is that they don't offer room service except for dinner hours, I think between 8:00 and 10:30 in the evening. Other than that, you're out of luck if you want to have a coffee or something like that.
One major issue we had is that the faucets in our room, room 128, were installed in reverse, so that hot water was blue and cold water was red. This wouldn't be such a huge deal except that there is a limiter on the red faucet, such that you can't activate it unless there is a certain amount of water going through the blue faucet. What this ends up meaning is that the coldest water you can get is warm, and there is a very real potential you can burn yourself by accident.
Also, there are odd little signs of neglect here and there. For example, the sliding glass toilet door does not have a footer that fixes it in place, so you can actually swing it about and potentially break it with catastrophic results.
Overall not too bad, but way overrated for a supposed 4-star hotel.
Was very clean and the staff friendly, lovely room
Great value
Super miejsce do noclegu. Czysto, cocho i wygodnie. Gorąco polecam
The hotel is very good in every aspects. The location is in a very busy industrial area. Most hotel guests are business travelers. Since we have a car, it suits for us with family of 5.
Ok hotel
3*
Bad location 20 ima drive from Zaragoza city center
Middle of nowhere amid storage places
Lovely check in lady, allocated us a very nice room, wonderful service, very good underground parking, very fast internet, outstanding room and amenities. Very clean place. The hotel is located near a huge Logistics center, so a bit busy and noisy in the afternoon, but gets quiet at night, nothing to worry. Big Mercado Grocery shopping nearby.
All very well
Hotel was outside Zaragoza but only a short drive to city centre. Hotel room was spacious and included a mini kitchen and full size fridge. Decor in rooms was a little dated but clean.
Located in an industrial area a little far from the tourist center
Stayed 7 weeks ago on our way to Valencia and then again on 1st October on way back. First time were given an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and lovely. Had normal double room next time and this was absolutely fine.
Both times staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful.
Despite being in the middle of an industrial estate the hotel is very clean and well presented.
We ate at restaurant second time around and food was plentiful and very tasty and not at all overpriced. 2 mains, 1 dessert and a bottle of wine for approx 40 Euros we felt was very good value.
The added bonus to this property is the beautiful park and fishing lake right behind it.
All in all we thoroughly recommend and will use on all trips to Spain in future.
The hotel itself was excellent. The location terrible was surrendered around tractor trailers.
.
We were given a junior suite which was huge and after a long drive was a nice space to recover in.
We have stayed here several times and it has not changed over the years.
Towels could do with being a bit thicker and fluffier.
the room was big and comfortable.
I did not like the scrambled eggs during breakfast. I think they were chopped boiled eggs
