Pros:

Rund um gutes Hotel. Die Lobby ist schon cool.

Cons:

- die neuen Kollegen müssen besser eingearbeitet werden. Keine Rücksicht auf Allergien, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage. Denke das fehlt etwas die Sprachkenntnisse.

Gerade das Foyer macht schon ordentlich was her.

Cons:

Ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wenigstens die Matratzen hätten schon längst erneuert gehört.
Der Thermalbad Bereich ist für ein Hotel dieser Größe auch recht klein.

Badewanne als Dusche. Der hohe Einstieg zum duschen muss heutzutage nicht sein.

Frühstück war sehr gut , Lage ruhig und entspannend. Kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, da das Haus wenig Belegung hatte. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Abendessen auch sehr gut.

Wir werden natürlich die Einladung annehmen und uns von den positiven Veränderungen überzeugen zu lassen.

Ich möchte meine hier ursprüngliche negative Bewertung des Hotels Maximilians ergänzen.
Nach meiner Bewertung hat sich die Hotelgruppenleiterin bei mir freundlich und professionell gemeldet. Der Lärm im Wellnessbereich entstand durch kurzfristige Handwerksarbeiten, die leider genau in unseren Aufenthalt fielen. Auch andere Veränderungen beim Frühstück und Abendessen waren dem geschuldet, dass das Hotel genau an diesen Tagen bzw. In dieser Woche überbucht war. So etwas würde aber nicht mehr vorkommen und das Hotel hat sich für diese Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt und uns alle vier Personen nochmals! Erneute ins Maximilian eingeladen. Das ist höchste Kulanz! Ich möchte ausdrücklich erwähnen, dass der Umgang mit unserer Kritik respektvoll und lösungsorientiert und sehr wertschätzend war. Vielen Dank dafür Frau Meyer!
