The staff accommodated my mum at last minute who has mobility issues.
Bed was lovely and comfortable.
We only had one main bath towel between the two of us, but it was very late at night, so just made do, not an issue, but maybe something to check when preparing a room.
The staff I met were lovely, friendly and helpful especially regarding my local travel queries.

The breakfast is excellent. Although the facilities were a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable. The room rate was reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was polite and friendly.

Only the reception area is nice
- Took way too long for us to get our room
- Over the course of my stay had to constantly come downstairs to get our cards checked
- All the furniture, lifts, carpets, beds are very old and are not clean to the standard they should be.
- A lot of stains in the carpets
- Weird smell coming from the room
- flies in the room upon turning on the lamp
- water kept leaking from the iron
- Bathroom was not up to a hotel standard at all.
- No plug sockets near the bed at all.
- TV is old
Me and my friend accidentally went into the conference area. We just wanted to pray. The man at the reception came running behind us and dismissed our concerns and hurried us back.
A lot of the staff are not good at all when it comes to communication. Jose was the only good one.
My expectations are not high but I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all, it’s better you pay £20/30 pound more and go somewhere else as all the hotels are on the same road.
