The smokes alarms kept going off
Close to Heathrow airport, just a 5 min drive away
The air con wasn’t working but they did provide us with a fan
Jose the front desk staff is a great and very helpful person. Assisted in so many ways. Breakfast was great . Location good for bus routes

apart from the entrance and restaurant, the whole hotel is badly run-down and things are shabbily re-painted, carpets worn and is not a nice environment to stay in considering the cost
Close to airport. Staff was good to organize shuttle.
Bathtub drain was black. Toilet didn't fully flush - had to try a few times.
hallway carpet looks dirty, certainly dated. Needs updating.

State of cleanliness
The location was great for the airport and close to the Hoppa Shuttle Bus - just a couple of minutes walk. Staff were so friendly and responded very quickly and efficiently with any help or advise needed. Comfortable place to stay, excellent breakfast. A very relaxed visit. Great air conditioning given the heat in London at the time if my stay. Parking on site, too - although payment is to company managing the parking.

The pillows smelled terrible
Was good stay, clean easy for transit through airport to my destination.
Security could be better, a drunk came in and started kicking off throwing things at people and staff, many were frightened.
Myself and another guest decided to grab the guy and throw him out, and encouraged him not to return.
Not everyone is willing or should have to tackle this type.
Probably requires some type of better security.
Wouldnt put me off staying again, but people / staff shouldnt have this experience.
