The room was one facing into the circle of the hotel which make it a little smaller than facing out. The hotel is very conveniently located for my business need.
The hotel is tired and very old looking. Facilities are there but look like they have been for 70 years. Odd little bits do not fit or are missing which makes the feel older than it should be. Prices paid for hotels in 2026 should reflect customer service and customer expectations of clean and complete.
Good location near airport
Rooms looking a bit tied
Hot water is hot. . Rooms do have a fridge for drinks etc.
Internet is. a little sluggish. when busy..
The staff and the facilities
There was no hair dryer in the room
Location for airport
Breakfast very good
Given a disabled person room not requested. Mould around bath and windows.Shower bracket loose.Water not very hot. Toilet seat loose. Carpet dirty, veneer broken on furniture. Windows dirty. Room has been badly neglected.
Everything was great
The coffee was horrible.
Very good location for our airport stay
The pillows weren’t good and the bed was very firm
the internet didn't work and the room was very small.
Staff were really nice and helpful, but clearly understaffed. Often one person managing a line of waiting people. But they were really professional and nice.
Very worn and old, elevators are on their last legs, often a long wait for reception, rain conditioning didn’t work but there was a fan, got woken up a lot as the doors are so stiff, you need to kick them open and they also slam shut very hard.
Close to the airport and transport into London etc. Friendly staff and good selection at breakfast. Room was clean and standard was high.
No mini fridge as advertised. There was a spot where that had been one, but wasn’t replaced. The availability of a fridge was one of the considerations when booking.
Chose this hotel to be near long stay car park for heathrow terminal 3 for an early morning flight.
Bar area is big and spacious.
Breakfast had a good selection.
On check in staff gave me prices for breakfast, I questioned as I thought breakfast was included, she said no and said it would be more expensive if I paid for it the next morning. After going to the room and checking our invoice from booking.com, I found breakfast was included. I visited the counter again, showed the staff and she immediately retracted her request for payment. How many times have other travellers been caught out and paid twice?
Room was very small, just wide enough for a double bed and two very small bed side tables. No room for suitcases to be laid flat. Bathroom was not very clean, silicone and grout were very dirty.
Staff are not very friendly.
I wouldn't stay here again.
The Best Western Plus Heathrow is a functional hotel mainly for people who are travelling or returning from flights into/out of Heathrow. I was there for a works training course and it was too far from my home to commute so I opted to stay for a couple of nights. The accommodation was comfortable with all the usual amenities, not flash but sufficient for one's needs with a decent Indian restaurant on site and breakfast included in my option. Decor was a tad dated but clean and a decent enough stay for the price.
Bed and bedding were lovely and that’s the best I can say really. 3 adults ended up in 2 separate rooms and rooms not together. Not a great start to our holiday. Rooms were pokey and dated and not particularly clean. First time I’ve used Best Western and not sure I would again
Absolutely appalled with my recent visit here. I spent £88 on a double room for my partner and I; we had just got back from Portugal but partner had to fly back to her home country the next day so we stayed in the area. Upon arrival we were told by Daniel (who, by the way, was very polite and understanding through all of this—no blame to be had on him here) that the hotel had oversold its double rooms and only single rooms were left. There were about 20 other people waiting to check in with the same problem.
I do not understand how a hotel oversells specific room types. Hotels literally have one job and that’s to accommodate the booking. My partner and I only managed about 4 hours sleep before a long day of travel because a single bed is not big enough for 2 adults. And it’s a good thing I was staying with my partner and was okay sharing a bed with her!
Upon arriving to the single room, there wasn’t enough room to swing a cat. We literally couldn’t have both of our suitcases open at once. There was only one pillow each, and one towel between us (which was stained with a red substance that looked suspiciously like blood). Utterly abhorrent treatment here.
But it’s okay—because at least we got a free drink each and free parking (which was expected to cost £30 for a day’s worth of parking—daylight robbery?!)
And finally, to top it all off, the breakfast was inedible. No butter, tasteless scrambled eggs, limited meat-free options. I always find myself disappointed by hotels who can’t even source vegetarian sausages for their cooked breakfasts. Quorn, Linda McCartney, THIS, Richmond… there’s infinite companies who make vegetarian sausages. It’s not hard to accommodate for your guests with the most basic of dietary requirements.
It goes without saying that I’ve put in a formal complaint and requested a partial, if not a full, refund for my stay. Almost £90 for that experience is completely unacceptable. First and last stay at a Best Western hotel.
Wonderful staff, very helpful.
