CLEAN ROOMS, HELPFUL STAFF AND PRIME LOCATION
Pros:

My lady and I stayed as a result of being at LHR to met her son (my step son) and his lady, returning to UK from Australia. Jose was most kind in allocating a meeting room to store their baggage overnight (the boy's power tools plus all their worldly clothing, best not to leave in our vehicle!) Finally collected them; they were happy with the room as was my lady - my life complete!

Cons:

Pitiful selection of draft beers on offer...no lagers, no ale, only Inches Cider and Guinness available on tap :-(

Good for the airport.
Pros:

Comfortable room, bar and food available until late, which is nice after a long flight. Close to the airport but it is a big airport. You need to take a bus which stops outside the hotel.

Cons:

No shuttle, you need to take a public bus.
