The Environment was relaxing, quite and clean. It had a positive vibe.
The staff were very kind, professional and respectful. I need to check out a little later than the normal time and they kindly accommodated me.
Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the young lady who greeted and checked me in.
The location was conveniently located close to Heathrow airport
for someone who is visiting from another country and going back and forth to the airport.
There was no store around the hotel to buy fruits and snacks.
I needed to buy a nailcutter to cut my annoying broken toenail😞

Staff moaned about noise yet it was the tv and it wasn’t that load and I received a £100 parking fine even though I paid
The BW ARIEL. is s friendly well run facility. We were fortunate to get a room with bath-tub and extra spacious room.
Overall the feel has a great India feel to the menu and the graces of being well taken care of was very nice. The room provides a heater for the cold nights and the water is hot when needed. There is a useful fridge for you white wine coolers and the quality of the furniture is B+/ . Pricing? based on the current economic distaste .. okay. not great but a little pricey
My only suggestion is to fix the elevator button on the 1st floor. i always had to walk down the stairs to exit the building. and on a user friendly mode.. i think for 50.00 the managment should repaint the front sphere’s and walls
and spend a little on brick spackle to repair the sad looking walls. More importantly to give this a more palacial feel the sidewalks to the Busstop are filthy and need a 3x a week strong sweep. I’ve noticed now the other hotels are scrubbing down their bushes and creating a more regal looking manor. Just a friendly suggestion.
It was near the airport and clean. The bar staff were kind and considerate as I ordered a meal there.

There wasn’t parking space when I arrived so had to park on the grass which I guess wasn’t technically allowed. Made it a bit stressful as I arrived so late at night and don’t know where I would have managed to park otherwise
