Good price for proximity to Heathrow IF willing to deal with cab
Pros:

Chose it for proximity to Heathrow airport; not as convenient as hoped. Long line for taxi & more $ than planned for cab ride. BUT price of hotel room worth the hassle getting there.

Cons:

The reception area— elevator had some trash people had dropped. It was unusually hot in London so probably not fair to criticize.

The hotel is getting old and worn, which is visible in many places including the mattress.
Pros:

breakfast was great

Cons:

The bed was horrible, hard and lumpy from springs When complained to staff in the morning they advised they would get a mattress pad in place for my stay the second night. When getting back to the hotel that evening, nothing had been done, and then denied having a mattress pad. Finally house keeping put a duvet on the bed which helped. Very disappointed in how we were treated.
