Property was very close to Heathrow terminal 2 and took a black cab which is around £15 from terminal 2yo hotel. Very good location if you want a night over before flying and breakfast was 10/10
Everything was perfect.
I liked the area it is located in - Harlington with its nice pub (Pheasant Inn) and shops, and I liked the hotel being so close to the runway. Interesting shape (round) and good bus routes from right outside.
The cold water tap for the bath didn’t work. My bed had long hair in it and there was no water in the room.
Nothing to do with the hotel but getting out of LHR to the hotel..... unless you stump for an expensive taxi? Not great tbh

The property is very dated with old rooms and rickety elevators.
Horrible experience with staff, we requested info for the shuttle from the airport and they ignored all my messages leaving us stranded at the airport.
Wash room sink was clogged and water pressure of bathtub shower was very low.
Plenty of car parking, at a reasonable price, when paying the Hotel directly.

I like good customer service and the way they when extra mile to make my stay comfortable
The price was over price for portions of food on dinner or evening meal. The portion so small that did fill me up what we paid for
