Habitaciones con goteras
Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación a sabiendas de que tenía una gotera… la dueña se disculpó con nosotros al día siguiente y su “compensación” fue un bote de mermelada… DESASTRE.

Está bien pero necesita mucha mejora y servicio de limpieza
Pros:

Los alrededores y fuera de la estancia estaba muy bonito, muy tranquilo y relajante

Cons:

Las camas son muy pequeñas, aparte de recontar viejas, nunca nos cambiaron las toallas en dos semanas, pasaban la moda con olor a perro sucio y se quedaba ese olor impregnado

Beautiful traditional property with lovely friendly staff
Pros:

The property was clean and the staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely and traditional with beautiful gardens and a nice sized pool. It is close to some lovely little cafes which makes it easy to get breakfast in the mornings.

Cons:

The only negative for us were the beds weren’t comfortable especially having 2 single beds together to make it a double. They would also benefit from having 2 pillows each as there was only one very thin pillow each.

Pros:

Nos alojamos mi pareja y yo para pasar un buen fin de semana de playa. Llegamos y Pablo, el recepcionista fue muy simpático con nosotras dándonos la habitación incluso antes de tiempo. Cuando llegamos por la tarde a la habitación vimos que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y llamamos a recepción para decirlo y que lo arreglaran. La solución fue darnos un ventilador o devolvernos el dinero echándonos del hotel. No hubo cambio de habitación y tras varias conversaciones con otro recepcionista resulta que Pablo dijo que “nos avisó que no había aire acondipnado” cuando evidentemente era mentira, salvándose él su culo. Nos dejó de mentirosas, la dueña del hotel tuvo una gestión pésima con respecto al tema de la solución del aire acondicionado.
La verdad que sensación agridulce. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Tampoco hubo re compensación económica. A 35 grados en Alicante deberían tener otras opciones porque es inadmisible. Hemos viajado por todo el mundo y siempre nos han cambiado la habitación o nos han devuelto parte del dinero. Primera vez que nos encontramos con esta situación.

Cons:

Las instalaciones, la ducha rota, la cama se movía y chocaba el todo el rato en la pared. La insonorización inexistente, escuchamos todas las conversaciones de los vecinos y sus noches de pasión.

I loved everything about this place! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the place had a calm nice feeling. The pool and outside space was beautiful and the room had everything I needed. I enjoyed the recommendations for the restaurants nearby and support with transportation. I truly loved my visit and am grateful for their time.

Pros:

Nada fue horrible, llegué y cuando me enseñaron la habitacion le devolvi la llave y me fui.

Cons:

Todo la habitacion apestaba a humedad candelabros de mi tatarabuelo. Era como entrar en un castillo del terror

Estada tranquil·la en un indret molt agradable
Pros:

És un edifici preciós amb moltes zones comunes a l'interior i també a l'exterior. Construcció i mobiliari antics però molt ben cuidats i amb encant. Està ubicat en una zona molt tranquil·la i pots dormir sense sorolls. Té un jardí que semblava molt agradable, així com piscina i pista de tennis que nosaltres no vam poder aprofitar perquè teníem el temps just, però ens en vam quedar amb les ganes.

Cons:

Per dir alguna cosa, haguéssim agraït que s'oferís el servei d'esmorzar, però vam trobar un lloc pels voltants (es diu Boira) que feien esmorzars boníssims. Pel que fa a les instal·lacions, es podrien actualitzar els matalassos.
